Bluff's Landing Lodge — Hotel in Corpus Christi

Our experience was horrible. We arrived June 21st 2024 around 3:15 pm , check in is at 3:00pm, we reserved over 5 rooms , all rooms except one was ready for check in, I had to personally help housekeeping finish cleaning our rooms so it could be done. They weren’t done till almost 4:30pm ||POOL CLOSE AT 5:00pm || Saturday June 22nd we left early to go have breakfast and spend the day at the beach, we didn’t get back till after 7:30 pm , we had one more family member that reserved their room for Saturday check in check in stated to be from 3:00pm-10:00pm. Like stated before we arrived before 8:00pm, no one was in the office to get keys for Saturday reservation. I call all numbers, someone finally answered and said they’re was something wrong with our reservation, this person never answered again after stating they would call me back after calling General manager, I called over 10x and no one answered. We finally ask someone that lives next door to the motel , they get in touch with one of the workers and states GM Mike is on his way. ||||GM Mike shows up with over 3 police officers and says we are trasspassing, says all 5 family’s have to leave. The reasoning behind us having to leave is because some teenagers sneaked into the pool that morning, even though we left early to the beach, plus children in our groups were all under 8 with 2 teenagers that are old enough to know better, he then changes his mind and says we can stay after I explained that we’ve been gone all day. We didn’t get our Saturday reservation room till after 10 pm. All staff is unprofessional, and low key racist , assuming a big group of Hispanics were staying in one room when we had over 5+ rooms. Location is nice and rooms were ok, sucks that pool closes at 5pm so we weren’t even able to enjoy that. I will not be booking again. No microwaves in room just...
