Ameristar casino — Hotel in Council Bluffs

Alot of people just sitting at the bar taking up games. Not allowing people to play the keno machines on the top floor at all there is a thing called loitering and they allow it. Many times have I wanted to play a machine but it seems that there is always someone watching you tube on their phones and not playing games. The bartenders always serving these people 2 drinks at a time. I've noticed 1 guy in general he's always there everyday getting drunk to the point he can't hardly walk. But he keeps getting served. I've asked him if I could play the game he is rude about it and says can't you see im sitting here and my card is in the machine. I say OK and watch as he just plays on his phone getting served 2 beers every 20 minutes I think this is bull! If there is a loitering rule in place and and drinking to much is a rule they are executing it poorly! Do something about this! It's about us being able to play games but when you have 5 to 8 machines being blocked cause someone wants to get drunk and hog the machines I'll take my money somewhere else and im a high roller! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE LOITERING AND SERVING PEOPLE MORE DRINKS THAN EVERYONE ELSE. THIS IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL. ILL TAKE MY $100,000 A YEAR I SPEND THERE TO ANITHER CASINO WHERE THEY DONT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO DRINK FOR FREE AND GET SMASHED UT CONTINE SERVING THEM. OR GET SOME BARTENDERS THAT HAVE A BACKBONE AND TELL THEM IF YOUR PLAYING ILL SERVE YOU BUT IF YOUR NOT PLAYING YOUR NOT GETTING SERVED. I had a negative feeling about this place two times before, but on the 21st of September, my brother convinced me to give it another chance. One thing that stood out to me was the easy access to drinks here. The gaming experience at this place was below par, with most of the games being rigged and not enjoyable, quickly depleting my funds. Although I don't have a gambling problem, the low bets and rigged odds at this casino caused me to lose a significant amount of money in a short time. I couldn't find any fun in the games, as this establishment seemed only interested in making money without caring about the player's experience.
