Caryonah Hunting Lodge — Hotel in Crossville

My Boss treated me and two other employees this past weekend (11-8-2019 to 11-10-2019)to a wild boar hunt at Caryonah hunting lodge . First rate all the way . Friendly and helpful staff . Clean rooms and clean lodge. Very good food. Our guide Andy was awesome. He made sure we all got our chance to take a quality hog while making safety a key factor.. We all were successful in harvesting a hog . After the hunt , the processor came and got the hogs and returned with the meat that night , placed it in the cooler and had it ready for us to take home in the morning.. Awesome experience and a real adrenaline rush. We were highly satisfied with the experience from start to finish. I plan on taking my son next year. Caryonah played host to 26 guys as part of my bachelor trip this August. The staff went above and beyond to make our dream weekend come true, we really felt like we had our own lodge for the weekend. We are all from the northeast and hadn't ever held a gun, and the guides put together an amazing day of hunting... we felt safe, in control and got to see and shoot plenty. Accommodations are luxurious and spacious - the cabin comfortably sleeps 16 and another 10 people stayed in the lodge. Although we came for the hunting, we stayed for the food. The team at Caryonah can seriously cook! We had country style breakfast, lunch and pig roast for dinner. Honestly I couldn't imagine a better weekend for my group. The booking for the stay was great. Bobby Joe was easy and pleasant to deal with. We have hog hunted at several lodges before. Caryonah was by far the best. The room is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the sheets and bath towels were better than most hotels I have stayed in. The hunting trip with Doug was outstanding. Doug makes the trip feel as if you went to visit an old friend. Amy who cooked for us served great home cooked food and was as pleasant as could be.
