1:45 May 29 update: We now have our mattress set. The delivery men were very nice and professional. So hopefully we will stay satisfied with our purchase now that it is in our home. 7:23 May 28 update: Ebony just called from delivery. Said she too called yesterday and it went to voice mail. She apologized and we are to get our mattress tomorrow. I hope all goes well and I will update my review accordingly tomorrow. Previously: I gave a 4-star review last week after we paid for our mattress set and came home ... had hoped to give 5 after delivery today. We recieved 2-5 pm time slot. So my husband will sleep in his recliner and I get the couch! Our old mattress set has a new home and at 7:23 pm our delivery team seems to still be at their 2nd delivery. We are the 7th and Anthony cannot seem to track them. And Anthony told me the team tried to call earlier; but,I never recieved it. At almost 6:00am next morning , while trying to track my mattress set, site says no such order can be located! I have screen shots of everything since yesterday just...

I am so thankful and pleased with the customer service at Mattress Direct. The gentleman who assisted us, Mr. Anthony was phenomenal. My husband and I have been looking for a mattress since December 2023. We have been to almost every mattress store on the coast and we were not pleased. When we went to one furniture store, the customer service was very unprofessional. We felt like they were not looking for our needs. They're pretty much trying to make a sell. When we walked into Mattress Direct. Mr. Anthony knew exactly what to say. We felt like he was concerned about our needs and wants. When we enter the mattress store, we were walking around touching all the mattresses. Mr. Anthony stopped us in our tracks and asked us what we were looking for something soft or firm. Once we explained to him what we were interested in, he took us to two mattresses. And we instantly fell in love with the two mattresses. Then he took us to a Tempur-pedic, and we were sold. He had the time and the patient, and he was very concerned...

My fiance and I went to Mattress Direct to find a mattress that would be easier on his back. As soon as we walked in the door, we were pleasantly greeted by a sales associate who asked what we were looking for. He lead us to the first mattress he thought we night like. After trying that mattress and giving feedback, he showed us another one that was closer to what we were looking for. We took this approach for about 5 mattresses, each one getting closer and closer to what we were looking for until we found "the one". We tried a couple of others that were much more than we needed just for the sake of trying them. But in the end, we found one we were very happy with, thanks to our wonderful salesman. Yes, the prices were high, but we knew that going in. Plus, they had a special going for 0% financing, which was very helpful.

The mattress was delivered yesterday, so we will see in a couple of days how we feel about the actual mattress after sleeping on it a couple of nights, but night one...
