I have lived in between Seven Acres RV Park and Sunburst RV Park for 2 years. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Owner is on site, compassionate, as friendly as southern can get, and keeps his communities looking tip top. Jessica is who I deal with mostly and she is just the best. You have a question or need she can help you. Always a friendly face when passing through the neighborhood, all smiles and waves. Safe and quiet, beautiful duck filled pond, private catch and release stocked pond. It's relaxed country living close to Historic Downtown Dade City. If you are coming into the area.... or retreating for an extended stay. Come check us out. We love new people.

Aucune activités car la grande salle est en rénovation depuis octobre que l'on m'a dit. Pas de toilette ni de douche. C'est de valeur car c'est un très beau camping, gérant très gentil, les gens sont vraiment sympatique, même qu'un des campeur nous a aidé l'an dernier tout le long de l'installation de notre fifthwheel. Plusieurs sortes d'oiseaux. J'adore me baigner dans la piscine chauffée. Il y a une douche extérieure pour la piscine, le seul inconvénient est le tchou tchou du train qui passe une dizaine de fois max le soir et le matin presque pas dans la journée mais c'est vraiment pas si pire. Très beau terrain grand avec de beaux arbres. Beaucoup de résidants à long terme. Terrain de Shefferball et de fer, jeux de washer, pétanque, poche et laverie. Le calme et la nature sont au rendez-vous. Wi-Fi dans la salle communautaire l'an dernier . Une place pour faire un feu communautaire. J'espère que les activités de la salle seront de retour bientôt. Selon le gérant les travaux seront terminés fin janvier 2025

I like the sense of being in nature. I don't hear traffic or sirens, only sandhill cranes, red shouldered hawks, hummingbirds and beautiful views of the sunset. The rent is in line with the amenities offered.

My wife and I have lived over here 10 years and this park is going to pot. They keep raising the rent but nothing's being done they changed the name and that's all parks really went downhill since Jeff colon didn't he took care of his customers and he took care of the grounds none of that is being done anymore if a tree falls on your car or on your house they still say oh that's an act of God. I would not recommend this part for anyone not even for overnighter. I would have gave it zero stars but hey you have to...

Seven Acres is a very friendly park very clean the owner is very well liked by everyone that lives here and Sunburst he is one of the hardiest workers i have seen in some time the parks are clean and well maintained. There is a hudge club house for anyone at both parks . the day we came here was one of the best. Thanks for all Mr. Cole and all of his employees does to make you feel welcome and for keeps the parks so nice....
