Luxe Lake Haven — Hotel in Dandridge

NEVER AGAIN! Let’s start when I arrived at the cabin. We arrived in the evening to find that the key pad did not work so we called and they gave us the code for the lock box ( not a big deal). We entered the cabin and started to get settled in. We soon discovered that there was a problem with the internet and we couldn’t connect so no internet no TV. I send a text to them letting them know about the issue and they were really no help. By now we decided to leave a get some dinner and when we arrived back we were locked out of the cabin! I called and texted for help and got NOTHING! My husband ended having to climb to the 1st floor balcony to get us in! Now we a finally in and I my granddaughter in the shower and the water from the shower was leaking down to the 1st floor. Again I called for help and got nothing! The next morning I called and finally got some one on the phone. The assured me that my issues would be fixed. We left for the day, through out the day I was getting updates and was told to that the internet and door had been fixed still nothing about the leak. We arrived back home and the door was fixed but the internet was still not working! I had to calll, text and sent a email before anyone would respond back! When they responded back we finally got it fixed! Now for other issues the main floor balcony was not clean also the table that is on that balcony is too big. There’s not enough room to push all the chairs in or out! If this cabin has the max amount of people or any more than 7 people there would not be enough room for everyone! The beach was trashed! Dirty diapers ice cream cups drink boxes! They is also trash on the ground below our cabin. In all we paid over $4000 and we did not get a $40000 vacation!Things could have been a lot cleaner and the service was the worse ever. Also the showers have no handles...

Dudes or dudettes, do yourself a favor and rent this cabin. Holy guacamole what a view! Especially the cabin with address 1398. The living room has an almost perfect panorama view of Douglas lake.

I am not sure how to go about renting that particular cabin. My Google search hasn't been fruitful this far. If I can find the information, then I will edit...
