Another one of the premier campgrounds on lake roosevelt. This one is very popular in the summer months. You always need weekend reservations. You sometimes can get lucky mid week without one. The natural pests of summer and fall are present here. Bring mosquito repellent and a few bee traps if your are staying more than a few days. The campsites are paved for your vehicle to park on. The sites are not really on top of each, so there is some privacy between sites. There is fishing from the bank but all Washington regulations for fishing must be followed. The toilets are pit style but clean.

Very nice campground. Some sites are close to one another, others offer a bit more room. There are a couple places nearby to buy some simple supplies. The remains of the original fort are nearby and make for an interesting afternoon. Overall this is a decent campground. Especially if you are a boater/kayaker/fisherman or just like being around water.

Have been coming here since 2015. Always fun and relaxing. Sometimes you have a few people who think the rules don't apply to them, but the site host puts them in their place. Beautiful scenery and usually good fishing. Love coming here.

Have been there twice this season and both trips were miserable. A rude group who ran there 100 plus DB generator all day and evening until the camp host told them to shut it off Yaaaa! Then the fight was on, they were up all night screaming and cussing at each other. The Second trip the Ranger came around and was accusing people of having a fire because the now absent camp host (Probably fed up and quit) had put the restriction Tags on the fire pits but not cleaned them out... WILL NOT BE BACK! OMG! I like to fish and this is fast becoming a ski boat location with rude parties who care only about themselves. I camp and fish for the peace and quiet . I got very...

Beautiful facility. Uncrowded, possibly because of record heat, plus limited amenities for campers - no RV hookups at all. But there are water spigots and bathrooms and a dump station, running your generator for AC is annoying for 18 hours per day. Large spaces, pretty level, mostly paved pull-thrus, tall firs and beautiful park, with historic musem next door. Amazing 30 min fireworks show on the river July 2 at Two Rivers casino, free excellent viewing from Fort Spokane...
