Lake Adventure Community Association — Hotel in Dingman Township

Owned a place there for more then 20+ years, family & I decided to finally sell. It was the best/worst choice I made. It was a great place for family, kids & friends.. But over the years it changed, a lot! The dues are a lot for what you get, security is good but there are a laundry list of rules they push on you. My last summer there it was 9:30 on a Saturday. My friends and family were playing music (not loud at all!) playing games and relaxing. Security parks in my driveway and threatens to write me a ticket.. meanwhile the guy behind me is having a full blown concert.
