i dont know what the problems are, i stayed there for 4 or 5 days one time, and i really liked it there. the cable tv was great, the ac was cold, the shower was hot, the wifi was super fast and strong, the people was super nice and the price was right too. my only complaint was the traffic when i had to go to the grocery store, other than that, i would love to live...
