"Best. Hotel. Ever." Or so said my 4 year old granddaughter after her first night at The Weathervane. Terry and Ken, our hosts, were amazing and patient with the 4 year old and the 9 year old and completely helpful with everything we needed. ||||The Lodge is lovely - homey, set on magnificent grounds, comfortable and did I mention that the breakfast is delicious? Besides our rooms with en suite baths, there were common areas to enjoy - We ate breakfast in the lovely dining area, enjoyed the lounge where the girls played with a WII and saw a movie and gobbled down their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches while having a conversation with another guest. There is a lounge downstairs with family board games, comfy seats to watch movies and a beautiful out door area where adults can relax. Really can't say enough...

Can;t wait to visit in the summer and take advantage of all the things to do around West Dover...
