Eastover Inn — Hotel in Eastover

Small and quiet. The owner Jessica is about her business but also very friendly. She will respect and treat you as you treat her. She does a great job at managing the place. She deals with a lot, i don't think the reviews hold justice to both sides of the story. I have been here a month and i cant complain. While the rooms are small they are cozy and clean. I always deep clean anywhere i move into anyways but the room was of great standards when i got there. If you do see a bug from time to time, i would say its reasonable as well as its no different then an apartment and you don't know how clean others are or what they may bring in with them. Its quiet and while a lot of people claim its full of junkies i cant agree. There's no one zombied outside their rooms or in the parking lot and there is no loud drunks running around. I haven't seen or heard any fights like i have at 4 and 5 start hotels. Its really quiet and peaceful here. The tenants seem to stay to their selves but will always say "Hello" when passing by. The outside is always clean and trash always collected. She is very reasonable and understanding. This place is definitely great for people trying to get on their feet. I believe this place maybe confused with the motel down the street as i cant say i fully agree with previous reviews. If you mistreat the owners and create a problem your outcome is what you have made it. I feel like some reviews are based off of that. Again i would recommend East Over Inn to anyone who is trying to better themselves as this place supports that and is built to give you a chance in life. My experience was horrible there was roaches the water line broke wile I was there . And ruined half of our stuff and bibnt even offer any kind of compensation only towels to soak up the water myself . Second of all I called the fire marshal to inspect. The drop light she had in the room which consisted of a extremely cheap cord . Which is a fire hazard the outlets are so worn that we had to pinch the prongs together to make then stay in the outlet and the ac was so closed up with stuff it smelt like a wet damp dasment every time we turned it on . And now she is also claiming I broke her TV in the room . The TV was. On and working perfectly when we checked out . I would never recommend this place to...

It's so comfortable here! As a extended guest, I'm allowed to have alot more here than other places.

The management and her team are so very friendly. I definitely feel at home.

My dog, chico is also very widely accepted here.
