Ebro Motel — Hotel in Ebro

I recently stayed at the Ebro Motel, and while it was an acceptable value for the price, there were some aspects of my stay that left me feeling underwhelmed. I would give this motel a 3-star rating based on my experience.

On the positive side, I found the staff at the Ebro Motel to be friendly and accommodating. They were helpful when I checked in and checked out, and they were always available to answer any questions that I had. It was clear that they were doing their best to provide a good experience for their guests, considering the lack of better options in the area.

However, there were some issues with the quality of the room itself that left me feeling less than impressed. For example, the shower head was outdated and in need of replacement. Additionally, there were a few other areas of the room that felt like they could use some attention to detail, both in terms of cleanliness and the quality of workmanship.

Overall, I think that the Ebro Motel is an acceptable choice for a budget stay in the area, but there are certainly areas where they could improve. Good size rooms, clean, they accommodated our needs with our small dog, and originally planned to stay for a full week . Our third day in we received a call about a family member-an emergency that we needed to leave earlier than the full week. When we brought the key back to the front desk we were told then that they do not give refunds on weekly rates, this should be posted or customers made aware of, as anything can happen that can cause people to have to leave early or even extend their stay. Had I known of their no refund for weekly stay-i would've opted for pay by the day or at least a couple of days at a time . Otherwise place is clean, people are friendly, and accommodating, it's a quiet place with nice rooms . Just upset that we paid $500 for a 3 night stay , emergencies happen, and we weren't looking to end our stay before the week was up -but we had to. So, traveling expenses were cut short, and we had at least a 10 to 12 hour drive ahead of us, and ended up just sleeping in the U-Haul to offset the money spent on a room we weren't using. I would recommend but with caution if your not sure how long you'll need a room or if you have any family members with illnesses or issues that could require you to leave in an instant, just be aware you'll not recoup any money paid...

I stayed here after a long day on the road. When I pulled into the parking at 7:00 P.M. Raj was outside meticulously cleaning the parking lot. Who pays attention to that much detail these days? You could tell he was proud of his property. I did make the mistake of taking a room in the front instead of a room in the back (ground floor vs. 2nd floor) because I had a lot of stuff in the car and wanted easy access. Raj showed me 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. If there were a good rating (instead of very good or average) I would have chosen that. The place needs a little updating but to me it was better than average so I chose very good. One tip I would give is that to take a shower you need to pull down on the end of tub faucet.
