This place is horrendous! I stay out of town quite a bit for work, and I’ve stayed in some rough places - but this place takes the cake. There aren’t staff at the hotel to clean the rooms and keep up on maintenance, just the owner of the hotel. One person cannot successfully run an entire hotel alone. The bedsheets are absolutely disgusting and worn out with visible stains and the bath towels had hair on them. I ended up going across the street to Dollar General and buying my own blankets, pillows, towels, and cleaning supplies because of the filthy condition what was provided. There is mold on the sheet rock in the bathroom above the shower. The once white shower curtain is now crunchy, yellow, and moldy. There are suspicious stains the walls and lampshade (only one worked). The AC unit was obnoxiously loud. The exterior door was boarded and duct taped shut - super safe. A sheet of slimy mold slid out of the ice machine. Reservations are prepay only so if you do book and want to leave early, you forfeit any remaining balance. The owner was nice but that’s about it. The overall condition and cleanliness of this place is alarming, and would highly recommend finding alternate accommodations.

Stay here for some work in the area. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Rooms are pretty clean for the most part. Showers have pressure too them, cause I know a lot of mom & pop hotels/motels/inns have bad water pressure. Towels have no stains on them. Air conditioning works along with the heater. Lots of construction works seem to stay here so the parking lot does fill up a little quicker than usual. They do offer some breakfast items though I’ve never been down there. Rooms do not have a microwave or fridge. Only ice machine is in front lobby with a pop machine. Last but not least, the bed slept on was comfy but the beds seem to sit up higher than usual. I’m six foot & my legs were dangling, which isn’t a problem but after a long day of work I’d prefer to slide into bed not jump into bed.

We found this sweet little inn through Harvest Host on our trip from VA to CO over Thanksgiving. Literally right off the freeway, but don’t let the location fool you. Once inside you are wrapped in down-home hospitality. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome. The place is made up of a hotel, restaurant and cafe, so a little something for everyone. And rumor has it, an RV park is in the works. Our first grandbaby is a Rose so we couldn’t get enough of all the swag. We loved the place so much we stayed again on our return trip home 🌹

I had a reservation to stay here for a week. When I checked in, he had me look at the room first. Air conditioning was not working at all. The smell in the place is absolutely awful. There were stains on the wall, the carpet was so dirty that I had to wash my feet before going to bed. The towels were all stained yellow, the shower curtain was stained yellow and crusty. It was well over 90° in my room. The bed was as hard as a rock, terribly uncomfortable. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week. I’d rather sleep in my car and wash off with a garden hose instead of staying here another night. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels as I travel for work. This place rates better than only one hotel in Los Angeles that had a shooting outside of my door. 0/10 rating. Would...
