We are so pleased with our experience at Factory Direct Mattress in Edmond. We stopped by late on a Friday afternoon, and even though the door was locked, I called the number indicated on the door. Justin answered and told us he would be at the store in five minutes. He was there in a flash, unlocked the door and invited us in. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained the choices he had in stock, since we needed to take a mattress with us that day. He was polite and considerate and never put any pressure on us to purchase anything. When he noticed that my husband and son were veterans, he offered a most generous discount. The mattress we decided on proved to be affordable, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. One bonus is that it was manufactured right here in Oklahoma City with materials from the U.S.A.
