This was the most awful experience!! The lady running this place told us to come on out and acted very welcoming, telling us anything to get us here. We left our spot to come here because it appeared to be a better spot for us. She started harassing us within days. First came the extra charges that we were not informed of upon arrival. Extra charge for dogs, extra charge for cars, told she would waive this charge and that and then would continuously change her mind and charge us again. This was happening DAILY. Then she would ask us daily to move our cars but she would wait until we already headed to work to ask. She would only text my boyfriend even though she knew I was still at the camper and sometimes the car she was asking to move was MY car. All she had to do was text me or knock on the door since she lives on site. Her “Baby’s Dad” explained to us that she has mental issues and tried to help us out by paying for our extra car for a week and our spot for a night because he felt bad. She lied and said he never payed so we sent her a screenshot from him showing the payment. She said “That’s for last week” even though she hadn’t even mentioned that charge the week before and stated she would start charging us for the current week and going forward. Then she told us that we could only stay until 10/31 because they were no longer taking long term tenants (the reasons changed a dozen times). Then she told us we couldn’t stay any longer than ovctober because they had a weak sewer (we weren’t even using their sewer yet. We were told there were sewer hookups when we arrived but that was a lie! They only had 1 sewer hookup that was already occupied. Then she said she didn’t want us to stay because she though they were too expensive for us And she felt bad? I told her our finances were none of her business and we were always on time with daily payments sometimes paying for days in advance. Then it was that they were redoing the back area where we were parked. This situation became exhausting and frustrating for us. We had literally done NOTHING to this woman to receive this treatment. Than she finally texted and said she wanted us out immediately because they were doing the back lot sooner than she thought. We told her we would start looking for another spot and would be out as soon as we could. That night she changed the WIFI password ultimately cutting off a way for us to look for another spot. The next morning at 9:00am a sheriff was at our door. When he heard our story he convinced her to give us 24 hours to move our RV. We found out that day she also “evicted” our next door neighbor (the only person we had become friends with) who had been there for over a year, his brother (also a long term tenant), and had fired her “baby daddy” and told him not to come back. Everyone who had spoken up about her behavior! This lady is INSANE! I hope no one ever has to experience this and just sending out the warning. I kept all proof of communication for anyone who doubts our honesty about this situation. I pray no one rents from...

This review would be a 1/5 if the owner didn’t give us back a 1 night refund. It’s a solid +3/5 due to their customer service.

We called a day ahead of time to book a cabin for two nights. The owner asked that I text my contact information/dates and did not require payment ahead of time. He even called me back that night to confirm availability. Upon arriving, the owners had no clue we were coming (even with two calls and a text). I was asked to look through a stack of 10 papers with other peoples contact information to see if it was me. None of them were. We were given a clean cabin and we were generously provided sheets and pillows.

We ended up clogging the toilet within 30 minutes of our arrival. I was able to go back over to the owner and ask for a plunger. He kindly plunged the toilet and mentioned it’s old plumbing. I am not sure what would’ve happened if it was night time when the owners were no longer on property.

Our first night was fine. I was surprised by all of the empty plastic bottles by the front office shed and by the guest outdoor shower house. It looked like the grounds could have been cleaned up more.

Upon returning from our day at Mount Rainier (this was about 45 mins from the park entrance to Mt. R), we discovered the air conditioner, was fully frozen and seized up (set to 71 degrees when we left that morning). Our cabin had to be well over 100°. There was no way we could’ve spent the night there. The owners were no longer on site. I had to go to a seasonal camper and ask for assistance. They came down and attempted to look at it while I called the owner. The owners ended up refunding us one night instead of moving all of our things to a different cabin, that was also hot, and would’ve needed to cool down. We packed up within minutes of being told we were getting a refund and left to go to a...

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Henleys Silver Lake Resort! From the moment we arrived, the owners, Nan and his wife, were incredibly welcoming and gracious. They are the kindest and most generous people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting during my travels.

The resort had everything you could ask for and more. The fishing docks were perfect for spending leisurely afternoons by the water, and the cabins were not only beautiful but also equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most was the genuine care they showed for their guests. Nan and his wife went out of their way to accommodate our needs and made sure we felt right at home.

In addition to the fishing docks and cabins, the resort also offered free boats that we could take out on the lake. This added an extra element of adventure to our stay, and we loved exploring the tranquil waters. And let me tell you, the view of Mount Rainier from the lake was absolutely amazing.

One morning, Nan and his wife surprised us with a delicious homemade breakfast, and it truly felt like a warm and welcoming family gathering. They even offered us a free cabin for one night, which was a gesture that touched our hearts and made us feel appreciated as guests.

I cannot praise Henley's Silver Lake Resort enough. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, the outstanding amenities, and the hospitality of Nan and his wife made this trip an unforgettable one. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy nature, and be treated like family, this resort is a must-visit destination. I'm already looking forward to returning to this hidden gem...

Had a wonderful time called about 5pm Saturday expecting to only stay one night (sat-sun) in a cabin for a quick shower and rest and they cut us a deal on the cabin price since the day was nearly over... But we ended up staying another night (sun-mon) and he charged us the same discounted price and when I asked when I should check out on Monday he said take my time stay and enjoy 3/4pm was fine just lock the door and leave the keys on the table on the porch when I'm ready... I was so pleased to be able to take my time and not be rushed out... Everyone was very welcoming but kept to themselves unless I initiated conversation... I will definitely be returning!!! Cheaper than a hotel and much more peaceful than being out on hosmer afraid my car will be stolen or vandalized... Hubby and I can't stop raving about how much we enjoyed ourselves even my dog didn't want to leave once I was done packing up... The free-range goats and chickens were a pleasant surprise too... Can't wait till payday so we can go back!!!!

Amazing host! Nan was extremely helpful in helping us settle in. His helpfulness was above and beyond. Super friendly host! We enjoyed the campground, which was friendly during the day and quiet at night. There are some farm animals that are roaming throughout the day, which is a blast for the kids. Chickens, goats, and two adorable potbelly pigs. Bill and Angie were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fishing is great off of the dock, boats are available for use, the views are amazing, this location is just eight minutes from Eatonville, the closest town with several great restaurants and groceries There are picnic tables and fire pits available for every cabin/RV spot. The cabins are modest but comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed for a week, seven days in a cabin, adjacent to my daughter and son-in-law, who had an RV hooked up. I highly recommend.
