We've been seasonal since 2018. Each year the campground gets upgrades in different areas. Bathhouse was redone as well as the pavilion a couple years back. This year brought new management and within a small time frame you could see many upgrades and care to all sites. The pool being power washed and the new stone around the monument was a huge improvement! You can tell the owners hire people who truly care and take pride in their work. This is an awesome place to relax and bond with family and friends!

This is by far the best park I've been to. Right now we're getting ready for Christmas in July. The amenities here are wonderful, ranging from an in ground pool, very nice playground, stocked fishing pond, and beautiful trails to walk, to lots of fun weekend activities. Most of the people here are full timers but the park is very well kept, and everyone is so friendly an hospitable. This is somewhere you want to be long term. It's a very enjoyable place to be and the monthly rates and very reasonable.

We just stayed at Woodlands for the Labor day weekend and our whole family had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The children's park is immaculate and the whole park is very well kept. There is a fishing pond and a club house that has a disco and bingo for the adults and wagon hay rides for the kids during the day. There are bags of ice available at the office, the rates are affordable and the money is clearly spent on the the park.

Definitely would not recommend. So I had to stay here because my house sold and I hadn't found a new house yet so I stayed in my RV at this campsite. At first I didn't know how long I'd be here so I paid a weekly rate for a couple of weeks then I went in and told them I had to stay for a month. Instead of giving me the monthly rate which is 595 on their website, which I didn't know about at the time because obviously they didn't want me to know about, they made me pay over $1,200 for the whole time I was there. Also they put me in a campsite where I didn't have sewage and still made me pay the normal daily rate even though there were other customers there who were paying the same rate but had other amenities aka access to sewage on their site. When I called to complain about this after I'd already left and they'd already taken all of my money I was told that there was nothing they could do and that it is what it is. The woman was extremely rude and was sorry to tell me that there was nothing that they could do and ended up hanging up on me. There's plenty they could do... they give me some of my money back but they refuse to lo because that's all they care about obviously. I honestly wish I could give negative stars cuz all's this campground does is care about money. They don't care about you or your situation they don't care about your family they just care about what's in your wallet. Will NEVER stay here again and will OPENLY recommend nobody else does either so they don't steal anyone...

We got in late and were very, very tired after a 12-hour drive. After discovering that we had to choose between water/electricity or sewer because the connections were too far apart, we chose water/electricity. This meant we had to be careful not to fill our gray tank. That was unfortunate. However, the worst was that the circuit breaker for the electricity kept kicking off, so we had no power to run our medical equipment overnight. After 3 phone calls to the office went unanswered, we gave up and turned our generator on. This caused great discomfort to some family members so we ended up having to turn it off. It was an uncomfortable, difficult night, so we didn't get much sleep. Sadly, the other RV with other family members had the same problem at their campsite as well. They had to run their generator all night. Hopefully, the management will come up with a better communication system to deal with problems at their campground when the office is closed. Thankfully, we were only there one night.||Update - We received a phone call from the answering service at noon the next day. After explaining the problem, she had the manager call. He called just before 2pm (they close at 2pm everyday). He didn't believe what my dad was saying, but said he would check it out and give us a call. Haven't heard back yet. We deserve a full refund for such a miserable night - for both RVs. We will be sure to spread the word about the service at this campground with our friends who travel...
