Rodeway Inn & Suites Enterprise — Hotel in Enterprise

The motel was in shambles, the door was locked, I had to ring the bell multiple times before an attendant woke up and came to the window. When I told him I was there to check in he unlocked the door and proceeded to tell me that all the rooms like the one I reserved was rented out and that he could give me another room at a higher charge. When I explained to him that I was not paying more and that he should have held a room for me, since he knew I was on my way. (called before arriving) He explained that due to the storm everyone was checking in. I never seen more than 5 cars at this motel. When we finally were checked in and went to the room, the housekeeper had to bring us a remote for the T V, and towels there were none in the room. The bedspread was a thin as the sheets and the heater did not work. Not to mention we arrived during a snowstorm, we ended up using out clothes as blankets to keep warm for the night. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months there was a spot over the shower nozzle on the ceiling that was molded and hanging about 3 inches down. No one showered because we thought it might fall in. Needless to say, we checked out the next morning and found another hotel. I have never in my life stayed at a place as filthy and disgusting as this one. We will never be back, and in my opinion this place needs taken off the choice hotel website it is nowhere near up...

First time at this hotel and I will never go back. First of all, the person at the front desk was very rude, charged us more than what was saw online and didn't even ask if we smoked or not. I thought that this was a non-smoking hotel. I don't normally stay at hotels so I wasn't aware. He just gave us a smoking room and I have asthma, I probably should have asked so I'm not gonna put full blame on them. Luckily I had an inhaler though. Next, the bed and pillows were nasty with hair on it and stains. Me and my significant other removed all of that off of the bed so we could sleep. Another thing, I was planning on taking a shower but I quickly changed my mind when I saw what state the tub was in, nasty. Also, the towels and rags were not clean, they had all kinds of stains on them. Lastly, the door looked like it was chewed and scratched to death. The air conditioner made some rough sounds making us think that there were people outside our door trying to get in with all the noises it was making. The curtains had big slashes in it as well like it was from a knife. The only good thing that was in that hotel room was the chair, the tables and the floor. At the end of our stay they were rude while telling us it was time to check out. They did not inform us when our checkout time was and we were in a rush to get in the room. If you want to stay at a romantic, clean and safe hotel you better look...

Dirty was not cleaned, holes in walls. Filthy unswept floors. Towel racks were ripped off walls and hanging on closet rod. Dirty table and chairs. Filthy bed. Live bugs and dirt coming under outside door as open 1inch gap with floor as no weather stripping. Broken door lock. No toilet paper but some dirty wads were stuck to door frame to bathroom. Showerhead spraying ceiling and wall. Curtain rod hanging down to shoulder height. Curtain to outside window hanging half off broken clips. Prison like front office with sleepy unconcerned staff. Lobby locked down to guest only buzzer and wait for a sleepy staff member to drag themselves out in sleepwear slippers looking like just woke up. No greeting. Talk through a glass window. No Change of towels (2) face (2) small bath over 3 days or room cleanup. No garbage can or bag in room. I can...
