Made a reservation prior via phone, size and slide out info on camper given, I looked forward to trying out this new place. Once arrived it unfortunately all went down hill. The gravel road is unpacked, tight, turns and numerous overhanging trees and branches with what appear scars from previous campers. My camper is only a 21’ toy hauler, there where a couple campers larger than mine there but I wouldn’t want to risk it. Before getting to the site I got stuck and had to put it in 4WD. I was given site “cherry”, while attempting to back in, camper sunk past the sidewalls on the loose gravel “pad”. I backed all the way in anyways. Sites are very close together and trees in between don’t allow many options for placement. Water hydrant and sewage drain where in terrible locations, behind the camper not beside. And there was no room for my single small slide out. I was at a loss and very bummed, and I left. Found a reasonable campground not too far away for half the price. Best part, only received a partial refund! Long story short, if I could have viewed some pictures of this place beforehand I would’ve never made a reservation.

What a beautiful beautiful place! The owners were so kind and so understanding to our travel plans and helped us accommodate all of our needs. The place was clean and easily accessible and all the amenities were perfect. I was amazed to how beautiful and nice even the bathrooms were, not at all what I was expecting at a campsite. I would definitely come back and even check out renting one of the adorable little cabins although the tent site was perfect for us. Thank you so much for having us!

Very hidden ;-) and very quiet. Nice place for all they are looning for nature and silence. Very clean sites, bathroom and laundry. Very friendly and helpful staff. The most guets are there for a longer time. We were the only tourists. The whole campground is new and they are on the way to create more sites in the middle of the hidden wood. We had great pleasure to be there for some lazy days.

We checked into their trailer 2 weeks ago. The trailer had a horrible sweet smell to it. The trailer is not level, off by 2 degrees. All of the rv pads here are rocky and not level. The latch on the door was broken, and had to be slammed to latch it. Carrie said this would be fixed AFTER we left. The man staying in the Cottonwood site threatened to hurt my dog and my husband. I was very uncomfortable being here alone when my husband went to work. We were told by a big girl who never introduced herself that if our dogs got loose, we would be kicked out. They claim our dogs are aggressive, because they bark. They are protectors, and will let someone know they are there if they feel we are being threatened. Damien is very unfriendly. Not the right person for a camp host. The internet is weak. They never checked on us for towels or trash can liners. We had to call them to replace the propane as they never checked on that either Our stay was unpleasant. We won't be back and will advise others to...

This is a nice little place tucked into Houston county. Everyone was super nice, place was really quiet, dog park was great, and wifi was blazing fast. I worked remote while we were there and it was great. Now, I'm pretty sure we were the only recreational campers there as everyone I talked to were all working the TVA project. Sites were very close together. If I was outside my camper on hookup side I was almost standing under my neighbors awning. All the sites are full hookups. My site was very unlevel and I didn't have enough blocks to level from side to side. Overall it's I nice little place while I probably won't go back with my camper it's quiet enough that I might try the cabins for a...
