I booked a 2 night 3 day stay here for a girls weekend beach trip. We were beyond excited for the start of our weekend, I walked into the front office and was appalled by how rude the front office worker was. First, she did not greet me, I walked in said hello and she did not acknowledge my presence as a customer. When checking in she seemed annoyed to have to put down her lunch to check me in. She also provided the wrong code to the gate to enter the camp ground, so I had to back my car up on a one way to go back to the office and get the correct code which she also seemed to be irritated to assist me getting the correct code. Aside from the rude employee, the camp ground is a nice spot for tent camping, water and electric included for a good price, you can’t beat the price for a 30 minute drive to Ocean City or Atlantic City. The sites are spacious, I had plenty of room for my canopy over the table, a 6 person tent and my car to be parked The tent site also had a nice view of the pond and the water made great ambience sound for sleeping. BE AWARE if you are tent camping the closest bathroom is a portapotty. Showers and public restrooms are a little bit of a walk from the tent sites but we’re very clean and well maintained. The ground seems to be mostly permanent sites, it could overall use a bit of TLC to be more presentable but I did enjoy my stay aside from the employee that needs a major attitude adjustment or find a job that’s not in guest services.

I really like this campground as everyone else says the staff is great. It's like a small campground and the sites are close together, but that's the only negative thing I have to say. They make very good use of the space they do have. Bath houses were clean every time I needed to use them. I heard someone say the cabins don't have bathrooms. Use the bath house. It's not that bad. What you're paying for is not having to tell your trailer in there and set it up like I do. Pool was a nice size, Good setting area around it. I didn't actually play them any golf but they have it. They have a volleyball net with sand setup. They have a mini soccer field with soccer goals. There's a fishing pond. Overflow parking lot. Everything I used was in good working order and clean Pretty good activity list for the kids DJ and whatnot fishing tournament. The other campers were crazy friendly too. Lots to do in the area too. Lake lenape Atlantic City or Ocean City are like 25 30 minutes. The reason I like this one a little bit better than lake and shore is the location

It's an ok campground, nothing really special. It does have a nice playground for the little kids. The spots were tight and when our neighbor parked his truck in his spot, my chair could almost touch it. We came for opening season and the staff didn't seem too happy to be there. It's more of a closed net group of people as we rarely had anyone wave to us. It just wasn't as friendly as so many other sites. Almost no one wore masks around so that made me think they must know each other. There are a bunch of walking paths that lead from the camp so you have ample places to walk. The bathroom was clean but needs to be updated a bit. My husband and son kept saying they didn't have soap in their public bathroom but I had no problems in mine. The exit is very tight to get out of and all lanes are one way so be careful if you have a big rig.

We just had the absolute privilege of staying at Mays Landing Resort for Mother's Day weekend. It is such a relaxed welcoming environment that we are booking a return trip in a few weeks. Job well done May's Landing!! I wanted to take some of my time to write this review and thank all of the staff at the resort for all that they do. It is not unnoticed and is very much so appreciated. I do know that this helps a lot of families make their decisions because that's how I base my vacations. So if you are reading this, the next thing you should do is book your reservation here. I am very confident that you will not be disappointed. Mays Landing is exactly what we were looking for. Such an extremely relaxing environment and a very safe family fun oriented place . Every person here was beyond pleasant. Starting with our reservation over the phone from the moment that we left. We stayed at a site with our travel trailer. Lucky for us we had the whole area to ourselves. The activities for the children were very enjoyable. I wish I took everybody's names down to personally thank you. Honestly every person that was working there was so friendly. We were having issues with our TV in our trailer and the maintenance person came to help us. We couldn't get it to work. So he had brought a TV to our trailer for us to watch for the evening. We were extremely thankful because there was bad weather passing through and we were going to be indoors with our little ones and the TV definitely helped pass the night. He was such a sweet man. And you can tell he was very dedicated to his job because of the pride that he had. And the renovations to the resort added such a nice touch. We did not feel like we were in New Jersey, we felt like we were up in a secluded mountain. My son's enjoyed their time here so much that they went into school and told their teacher how much fun it was! Looking forward to...

Was suppose to be seasonal but after problem after problem there we left earlier then the season ended. Didnt get a dime back and the staff are pretty much rude and inconsiderate of problems in the park and only here 1 side of the story. Dont trust the electric bill they issue either. Its double the cost of what its suppose to be. The activities they are suppose to have are always unorganized and under staffed. The bathrooms are not cleaned much and the pool is closed for for electricity issuses by the health department often. The sites are tight and right on top of each other. Security is a joke and lets their favorite seasonal people get away with playing late music all hours of the night . People do not observe the speed limit with the golf carts . They get away with alot of things there but when there is a major issue they dont really care. They lied about my incident 2 different times , they sent letters to me with false info even their own lawyer said that's was incorrect info. I know alot of people who were seasonal and are also pulling out and some have already left due to new management and the dont care attitude now is now going on. When it was different management they supposedly did alot more and had more activites and was a more family atmosphere . I...
