This hotel is nice, in a good location and reasonably priced however what makes it for us a 5 star rating is the staff that work there! We have been coming here for 6-7 years. I had written a review on trip advisor but recently realized a few weeks ago when we were there that I had not done a Google review. From the moment you walk in the door to this hotel the staff make you feel like family. Every time Raven works, she always has a smile on her face no matter how busy she is: she even bakes cookies every night around 7. She goes above and beyond to make sure each guest is happy. The maintenance/front desk gentleman is also welcoming and fantastic, the other lady on the front desk that we've dealt with is also great; forgive me that your name has slipped my mind. A special thank you to the cleaners as well for working so hard. The extras that are included: towels at the front in a basket to dry off motorcycles that are there as well as they allow us to park under the awning, popcorn gets popped all night long, fresh baked cookies at 7, fire wood out back with chairs, fresh fruit was served at breakfast that staff raven stayed late after her shift to cut up and hot coffee served all night. We will continue to return here 2-3 times a year and always recommend this place to fellow riders and other friends. Thank you to the entire millstream team for always making our stay great! See you soon.

Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at while traveling. Basic and homey. Great value! I think a lot of hotels overspend on endless renovations and top of the line stuff, forgetting all travelers want is a safe, clean, and comfortable room. Sure, the rooms look a bit ā€œdatedā€, but not in a bad way. Rooms are spacious, clean, have a good heating/ac system, come with a tv and fridge… everything you’d need for travel. The woman working the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and explained all the benefits of the stay as well as recommended local restaurants and mentioned warm cookies for dessert at 7pm (amazing!). Complimentary coffee/tea bar is nice as well. Breakfast is basic but again what more do you need? Bookmarked this hotel for another stay. Really love the trails out back. Where do they go? I want to come back to explore them! I told a friend about the fishing access, it looks lovely. Just bring your own pole and the rest is there; they have Adirondack chairs by the creek as well as a picnic area and fire pit. Cabins looked lovely though I didn’t stay in one.

Such a great Inn! Great location, easy access, warm chocolate chip cookies nightly at 7 pm. Free coffee and popcorn. Wonderful and comfortable lobby area. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Recreational activities are huge here in Potter County, and right off the rear parking lot are ATV and UTV trails, awesome. Nice picnic area with grills. I enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs.

We stayed at the Mill Stream Inn this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. Not only was the staff friendly, courteous and helpful but they went above and beyond! We went with a group & upon check-in realized they put us on a different floor than our friends on a weekend they were booked solid. After a few moments of patiently waiting, they adjusted our room to be on the same floor & hallway as our group. Upon checkout, we didn't realize we forgot my sons Sonic The Hedge Hog pillow in our room. Thinking we'd never see it again and fully accepting it because we've forgot things at other rentals & never seen them again. But to our surprise when we returned home, 3 hours away and cell service later, I had an email & voice-mail from Brian at the Mill Stream Inn to let me know we left it behind. They went above and beyond to help me get it returned home to our son. I can't say enough great things about the Mill Stream Inn, their staff and owners (shout out to Gary!). On morals and values alone, I highly recommend the Mill Stream Inn. The customer service is top notch. The Inn was clean, cozy, affordable and the perfect location for our weekend get-away. If you're looking to stay in the Coudersport area, I highly recommend the Mill Stream Inn! We will...
