This was hands-down the nicest cabin on any lake I have stayed at (yes, even better than Big Cedar cabins). The drive was down a long dirt road that was really windy, and I was glad I had all wheel drive. Once I got to the cabins, I felt transported to a luxury resort. I stayed in one of the brand new sky suites, and would go back in a heart beat. The entire unit was Echo-controlled, down to the fireplace! The cabin was outfitted better than most apartments, with a full 20 minute steam shower, double vanities, Jacuzzi tub with lake views, powered blinds, a full kitchen, front gas grill in the porch, and a lake facing deck with a gas fireplace. I did not once turn on either of the TVs.

For trips in March and April, bring a wet suit if you plan on using the stand up paddle boards. There were also boats to rent, and free canoes and paddle boats. Plus there was a heated indoor fishing area.

This place had it all if you are wanting a few days of quiet. I recommend bringing food for your meals, since it is a bit of a drive to Eureka Springs for the closest grocery store.

Once you check in, you will not...

Overall, the experience was great and I will absolutely be going back. We rented the Hot Tub Lake House. It's in a beautiful location with tons to do and everything is provided other than food and drink. They even had a PS3 with games and movies! In addition, the pool table, the dart board, the hot tub, and the board games/puzzles that were in the house all provided plenty of entertainment. Also, Eureka Springs is only 15-20 minutes away.

That said, the ac/furnace was a little tricky and we were really cold the first night, though when I looked at it in the morning I realized my mistake and corrected it so the second night was perfect. Then there was the hot water issue, which wasn't much except that it took a long time to get warm. Once it did though, it was great! Finally, for those that wish to use the Wi-Fi or connect to the smart devices in the house . . . Good luck. We eventually gave up on the spotty service provided and just used other means for music and media.

Once again, though, we will absolutely come back. The experience was amazing the only regret I have is that I only...

This place is honestly,-- unbelievable! The website pictures are very accurate in their presentation of the "cabins" but without actually seeing your cabin choice in person,-- the actual wow factor will then overtake you, but in a wonderful and exciting way! We stayed in what I believe was one of their lake view suites. We couldn't have asked for a better place with a better view (even if there are any) because we wouldn't change a thing about our stay,-- except maybe something longer than 2 days. We tried their little 2 seater paddle boat, which is one of the amenities and then traded that in for 2 kayaks which are a wonderful way to explore the surrounding lake. Plenty of wildlife with deer and eagles, plus they also have rentals you can take out. They have 2 pontoons, and at least 2 other boats which can be rented. The staff are amazing, accommodating, and helpful which only encourages you to enjoy your stay and all the peace, tranquility, and of course the actual time of meaningful togetherness that brings you to search for places like this...
