We rented the performance pontoon for an 8 hour trip. The condition of the boat was unfavorable and we worried all day the ladder would fall off. You can see the green algae all over the floor in the photo. The cd player did not have Bluetooth capabilities or audio port. We had fun on the lake overall but we have had alot nicer and more up to date boats/equipment for the same price at other places on Beaver Lake.

My wife and I along with our dog Sophie had a great time on the lake. Belinda at Lost Bridge Marine helped us with the rental. She is very nice and made renting simple and quick. Our boat was also dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. Prices are way better than other nearby marinas. Thanks again Belinda and to the staff at Lost Bridge Marine for a great time on the lake.

A little out of the way compared to our usual marinas, but worth the drive. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of supplies at the attached store including a wide array of tubes and ski accessories. Would be happy to come here on my next trip down. My only wish is that we could have rented a boat for 6 hours instead of 8. Sunburn!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! I made a reservation on July 16th for one Sea Doo to be rented on Sunday July 22nd. However, apparently most of your Sea Doos were not working and Mrs. Debore cancelled my reservation on July 18th without informing me. We showed up on Sunday expecting to have a fun day out on the lake but instead had to deal with one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Mrs. Debore told us that she called and left a voicemail and emailed me telling me about the cancellation. I have no such records on my phone OR my email and I would be happy to show you records of that. Obviously we were extremely frustrated with this situation. When I told Mrs. Debore that she never called me she became very rude, saying that I was calling her a liar. She even had the audacity to YELL at me in from of my 5 year old son as well as other customers. She was told more than once by people in my party that there was no need to yell yet she continued to do so. When I asked her what my options were, her response was "we have nothing." She didn't bother to try to remedy the situation in any way. She could have called another marina or tried to reschedule us for another day. I have worked in customer service for many years and I would never dream of treating someone the way that she treated us. Never in my life have I been yelled or treated with such unprofessionalism by an employee of a professional establishment. I will NEVER return to Lost Bridge Marina and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know not to do business...

Rented a pontoon party barge from Lost Bridge. Arrived on Sunday to find no public restrooms at the marina so had to go across the street and up the stairs, which was annoying. Next, the older (smoker) lady who helped us was totally RUDE. I ask her for a paper map of the lake and she says look it up on google. Then hands me a yellow sheet of paper and says hand this to the boys. Handed the yellow paper to the boys at the dock to be told they need the white paper. Lady couldn’t even give us the correct paper work. Then the dock hand walks toward the boat and offers zero assistance to help in anyway. Like hi ma’am I see your by yourself can I help carry a bag or a cooler for you. Nothing!! Then tells me once the rest of my party arrives I’ll push you off and untie. Basically that doesn’t happen the dock hands just sit around on their phones. The pontoon was disgusting. Algae all over the stairs which makes it unsafe for use. Also fuel gauge was on full the entire time so we were a little worried how much fuel we actually had.

We stopped at Starkeys marina for food/drinks and was greeted by the nicest young dock hands, who were very helpful.

Based on my experience at Lost Bridge, I will not be back. I also completely understand why other people have made comments about...

We rented the 24' Party Pontoon from Lost Bridge Marina for a half day (4 hours). It was extremely easy to reserve the boat from the website, and going through the paperwork during check-in was just as easy. The boat was clean and we had no issues with its performance for the entirety of our time on the water - this included multiple times of turning the engine off and restarting as we found different coves on the lake to check out. The dockhands were super friendly and helpful - don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know something...they will explain in further detail or walk through whatever you may have questions about. Finally, while adverse weather had not yet hit, there was a chance we might encounter it. The folks at Lost Bridge were sure to warn us about its potential and what to do should lightning or thunder arrive. We sincerely appreciated their concern for our safe operations. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will gladly rent...
