As a young female, I felt fine staying here for a night and I feel like some of the reviews are exaggerating or have unrealistic expectations considering the price point. But I definitely wouldn't stay here beyond a day, just because it's not the nicest. They have a "shuttle" from the airport, which is apparently free if you catch it on the hour, but it is $10 (each way) if you call and request it at a specific time. I called after I landed at the airport and it took them maybe 15 minutes to get there (they pick up at the rental car shuttle station #9, just follow the signs). The shuttle was actually just one of the employee's cars, so be aware of that when you're looking for them in case you're afraid of getting kidnapped. The check-in process was fine, they place a hold on your credit card until you check out. The breakfast was just premade sausage patties and egg patties, an apple juice dispenser that tasted like it needed service (watery apple juice), bananas, cereal, and those type of things. I wouldn't rely on it if you need a full meal, and I didn't eat anything but the fruit. The hotel I got was on the back, up the stairs from the front desk. It was pretty quiet, I did check in late around 11:30pm or 12. The a/c was of when I got there and leaking water on the floor, and when I woke up after it running all night the puddle was huge and it smelled musty (was also raining outside). But I did let them know, and it seemed like they would fix it. The bed and towels were clean enough, some of the towels had staining on them but I didn't feel like they were dirty/they didn't smell bad and the bed was clean. There were tiny bottles of dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that would maybe last a couple days, and a mini dove bar soap which I appreciated. The walls and doors had smudges of stuff from renovations, and the shower had imperfections, but it was okay. It's a cheap hotel, so it was expected for what I paid. It wasn't perfect, but it also wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room was not completely renovated, paint was only first coat and sloppy, but that is not why I gave them a poor rating. Our room was NOT cleaned before our stay. Used towels, unchanged bed sheets (found stains & hairs within sheets of both beds), and dirty sink (looks like someone had a rough night and threw up red punch and food. There was red stained splatter marks all over the sink and walls.) No attempt by hotel to clean. Floor had chunks of mud and just a blanket of dirt. I didn’t feel comfortable getting out of the shower without shoes. We arrived late at night and asked front desk for extra sheets to sleep on. He initially wanted for us to wait until the morning for cleaning service to deliver them. Obviously we were not going to sleep in those beds without clean sheets. We slept on top of the flat sheet we had to insist on from front desk. Location is close to airport & car rental, has hot water, decent pressure, and water drains appropriately. These are the only positives to this hotel. Front desk had a hard time with understanding English, although I will not fault him for that but it made it difficult to complain and get anything corrected. We were charged more on our credit card bill than what was previously agreed upon. We came on a weekend where most hotels were sold out. I thought this hotel looked better than some of the others around for same price point ($150/night). I was wrong. I usually don’t leave bad reviews and my tolerance for 2-star hotels is pretty high, but this one just stepped over the line a little too far than what they should have. I just want a clean room…is that really too much to ask for?

What a dump. Priceline advertised a pool. The pool has been shut and not used for years. Fences were broken down, the tarp covering it was all ripped up and mounds of dirt were inside the pool. They had (tried) to remodel but didn't know what they were doing. They rolled linoleum in the bedroom bathroom area that didn't stick. When you walk on it it sounds like breakfast (snap, crackle, pop). You walk downhill into the sink area. The bathtub was done with an overlay. The edges look hideous and show stains and marks No had rails or pull bars and you are stepping up about 8 inches off the floor once inside the tub. I fell out of the tub getting out because of this. The door is what kept me from hitting the ground. This is owned by a middle eastern family where mom, dad, grandma ,grandpa, the children and their kids all live on the property and are the only people who staff the business. At noon and in the evening I witness them all gather in the Breakfast room for the meals together and in the evening they all sat together in the lobby watching TV together. I would avoid this place if at all possible

If I could this review would be 0/10. Our stay from from Thursday night to Sunday night. The 1st night after getting in about 3 I noticed the microwave not working when trying to warm up food after a long flight & drive. I unplugged it, attempted to move it another outlet. Still no luck. (Night 1) The next morning I attempted to call tb front desk to make them aware so I wouldnt be held responsible.. only to realize the phone didn’t work either & it had no cords attached. I attempted to tell house keeping who I realized was next door only to find out they didn’t speak English & couldn’t assist.. okay cool ig. We left a little after 2 that day came back & no housekeeping had been done. I assumed it was because we were still in the room late so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. When getting ready to lay down that night (night 2) we realized the tv didn’t work which was big inconvenience for someone with 2 toddlers. I reached out to the front desk & was advised “I’ll be up there to check” after about 30min I called & asked how long were we waiting for someone to come & check the tv out & as I assumed no one was on the way up. Instead at that time the front desk make started asking questions over the phone & eventually told me to use the basic channels (no YouTube/apps). I tried while he was on the phone & the screen was stuck on a black screen I was again told “I’ll be up shortly” after waiting for over 30min, looking outside to make sure no other guest were at the front desk I decided to just turn everything off & lay my babies down. Before laying down they kicked 1 of the pillows on the floor only for us to realize the back of it had dry blood on it. & I’m 100% it came from neither of us. The next morning we left around 7 a.m due to having a parade that started at 9. We returned around 10p.m that night (night3) after our festival & i was not surprised that house keeping still had not touched our room. At this point the trash is way overflown, we have no wash towels (had to wash up with dry off towels) & ofc the bloody pillow & linen still looks as we left it. Not to mention the sink was dirty when we arrived, the floor has white paint on it as if the room is not finished being renovated, & we still have not had anyone come to check out the room. The beds/mattress was very uncomfortable. I woke up each morning in pain that I’ve never experienced from any type of mattress before. I highly don’t recommend booking this motel! Not even if you’re last minute & it was its your last resort (as it was in our case). The pool is full of dirt (if it’s been closed they should remove it from Their amenities ) there’s no restaurant (if it’s been closed, they should not be advertising one) & that side of the building /stairs was completely filthy. I’ve attached picture bellow, wish I could add videos. Mainly because I see the hotel has a response/excuse for each negative review when honestly I feel these things are unacceptable & no excuse is sufficient. Please do yourself a favor & do not book here. I like to find the positive out of certain things so I will say the lobby was decent & I would have honestly preferred to purchase a air mattress & sleep their for our stay

After confronting front desk we were advised they don’t do everyday room service. I explained we never received any service & was then advised it was OUR responsibility to bring the towels to the front desk if we needed new ones & we also were responsible for being the trash to the front desk or...

Extremely pleased overall with my stay here for not only the value, but the service. I chose this hotel for the price, location and amenities, and was somewhat concerned I'd be paying for my decision to save money, but was not disappointed. It was the most affordable option in the immediate area for the 2 nights I needed; it is conveniently located near both 480 and 71, not too close to the airport to be noisy, yet also right by major shopping and restaurants; the rooms are clean and recently redone to typical decor style; but the best part of my stay has been the service from the staff. At check in, Tina, the housekeeping/general do-everything woman on duty went above and beyond to help and get me what I wanted while waiting for the front desk clerk to process us. She not only answered the phones, but also addressed us instead of leaving us waiting like most would have since it wasn't her job. She offered to make me a fresh pot of coffee when I told her I tried getting some at a gas station on the way but was unable to due to a lack of cup lids, then later on gave us restuarant recommendations and tips on where to go if we needed anything. That night, I realized I had forgotten to bring a corkscrew and the man at the front desk accommodated me right away so we could have our wine. The next morning, my first cup of coffee tasted a bit watery, and the man on duty made a new pot right away which was better than what you'd get at most gas stations. The complimentary continental breakfast is what you would expect, but I was more than satisfied with my toasted bagel & cream cheese, egg, yogurt, muffins and coffee. There was also cereal & milk and bananas. That afternoon I ran into Tina doing her housekeeping rounds, and she happily met all my requests for fresh towels and another pillow. In the realm of affordably priced hotels (motels technically) this has definitely been the most pleasant and enjoyable stay for me in years. There were of course small things that could use attention, like the bathroom door handle not always engaging to keep it completely closed, and the bolts on the toilet needing to be tightened, but honestly there's always going to be something, and I'd rather have stupid complaints like that than things that really matter or affect my sleep.

The building itself is older, but the rooms, lobby and breakfast area are all renovated to modern standards and have the high tech you'd expect, like free wifi, smart TV, USB ports bedside, and even a touch self lighted mirror. My only negative takeaway from this trip was my interaction with Fairview Park Police upon my departure, which I can't really blame them for since they are just trying to keep their city safe. Overall highly recommend!

P.S. Don't mind my mess in...

Upon arriving at the motel we are assigned our room once the attendant finishes his personal phone call. When we went to sign up for the free shuttle service (sign up sheet had a smashed fly and guts smeared on it) we noticed someone with our same room number was already signed up. The attendant apparently gave our reserved room to the person before. He assigns us to another room. When we went into that room it smelled of a nauseating amount of cigarette smoke and also had two double beds. (We reserved one king bed, non-smoking). When we went back to the front desk a different attendant was there and when we told him the room had two doubles he gave us a you're SOL attitude and said "Well, we don't change the reservations here" insinuating we screwed up so my husband pulls up our online reservation which in fact states we reserved a king bed, non smoking room. He assigns us another room. That room, queen bed this time, smells even worst than the first and is filled with an overwhelming aroma of weed. The main overhead light also does not work. We go back down, but this time no attendant and a line of angry people at the desk. We all wait for 20 minutes until the attendant comes back from dropping a shuttle off at the airport. He assigns us a third room and let's us go check it out. This one smells like someone gave their dirty dog a bath and then let the wet dog roll all over the bed and furniture and then dumped the bath water onto the carpet and just let it air dry over the next several days, but it smelled the best out of the three, had a queen, and our standards had dropped significantly from when we arrived so we were ready to call it ours. (Arrival standards being those of two people who were willing to stay in a 2 star motel because it's only 52 bucks..not high..but this one took it to another level) We left our stuff in the weed room so the attendant gives us the key back to go get it. We get halfway back to the room and my husband notices it's the wrong key so we march back to the desk. This motel doesn't have an elevator so each one of these trips to and from the desk is up and down a couple flights of stairs. He tells us no, it's the right key. Okay..back to the weed room. Nope, definitely wrong key. Back down. Get the right key. Back up. Down to the third room. The service was so terrible and situation so ridiculous all my husband and I could do was laugh, but that could of also been the MJ contact high we were on. This motel is certainly for you if you like wearing flip flops indoors, getting a solid cardio sesh in at 1 AM when all you want to is go to bed, cobwebs for your wall art, and enjoy the feeling like you need to shower again once you've...
