I stayed here while working in Potosi.. it is 30 minutes to the job and exactly the type of hotel I wanted to stay in.. it's newly remodeled, clean, in a very nice area, and actually easy to get to.. it is off the beaten path, but worth the three minute drive from the highway... a hidden gem for construction workers travelling in pairs who like to stay in classier places and not live like hotel rats... the staff was friendly and I recommend a golf course view room... I did have to take away half a star though because breakfast officially starts at 6:30 and that is too late for us early drivers and probably will actually deter some construction guys from staying, but I went ahead and rounded the stars back up to a five because one of the cooks actually does have the breakfast out by 6 when she works :) ... I'll be going back for a couple more weeks and will use them again.. :)

Me and my husband were on our way back from a trip north of ST. Louis. The only reason I booked here was because they had jacuzzi rooms. Our room was so clean and the tub was spotless even after turning the jets on. We don't play golf but it was fun drinking in our room and watching the golfers try to get the ball in the hole. It was quite and off the busy highway. Everything we love. The pool and hot tub was also very clean and didn’t close till like 11 pm. Breakfast was egg, sausage, pancakes and biscuits and gravy but it was everything we wanted. The guy who checked us in and the lady who checked us out was also very nice. I will stay again if in the area. Prolly one of the best BW I have stayed at.

Hadn't been here in awhile but like I've said before, the best hotel hands down in hundreds of miles. The best staff, Mary in the kitchen is so friendly and helpful; housekeeping is so patient with me when I'm usually running late to leave at my late noon checkout, always smiling! You want to know how to run a successful hotel, your go to is definky this hotels general manager, Barrett Lewis. Kudos u guys. I will be back!

My wife and I chose to getaway for our anniversary weekend. We decided to give the Crown Pointe Lodge in Farmington, MO a shot. It was reasonably priced, and they had a room with a hot tub in it that overlooked the golf course. My wife’s number one concern with any hotel is cleanliness and I was especially concerned since I picked the hotel. I thought the hot tub in the room was a bonus and it would make me a hero, but my wife sees the potential for things to grow and live in the jets if it’s not clean, so I was gambling big time. I checked us in when we arrived, and I was happy to see everything looked clean so far. The white tile floors were white with no dirt in the corners. We went up to the room and my wife beelined to the bed to examine it for bedbugs, which none were found. She then examined the hot tub and gave it her stamp of approval for cleanliness. The room was very clean. We ventured down to the pool area and found it to be very pleasant. The temperature inside was comfortable and not overly humid and hot. As we relaxed, my wife noticed the fake plants on a high ledge looked clean and not full of dust. At this point, I started to see it as a challenge to find some out of place dirt. I started looking everywhere for dirt but couldn’t find any. As I sat for breakfast, I scanned to whole room for dirt. The corners of the room were clean. The fan blades and light fixtures were dust free. I was really impressed with how clean everything was. We are not neat freaks and usually just accept the dirt if it’s not disgusting and gross, but this place is legitimately clean. I thought I’d really put them to the cleanliness test by running my finger across the top of a picture frame and the fire extinguisher in the hallway, but there was no dust. I wish all hotels had the same sense of pride in keeping thing clean. It speaks volumes for the people who work hard everyday keeping the place...

Horrible for the price. It wouldn’t have cost much more to stay at a nicer hotel, and it would have been worth the small price difference. The room was okay except the tv was smaller than I’ve ever seen in a hotel. That wasn’t a big deal but the cable also kept cutting out. Before I checked in, I called specifically to ask if the hot tub was open. They said yes. I checked in the next day and the hot tub was full of cold water. I asked If they could turn it up and the woman and the front desk said it was because too many people were getting in and out but she would check. Someone else staying at the hotel told me that this had been an ongoing problem and the breaker was probably bad. After they said they turned it up it never improved. Sounds like the hotel didn’t want to take responsibility for the fact that it was broken. There were also no towels at the pool so we had to ask for them at the front desk. When we approached the desk the woman working just stared at us instead of asking how she could help. I asked for towels and she seemed annoyed and then handed me and my friend one hand towel each. A HAND TOWEL. Not to mention the floor in the lobby and hallway is tile. Since I couldn’t dry off well, I almost slipped and fell on my way back from the pool because I was soaking wet. The day shift staff was nice, but the woman who was working in the evening last night was rude. I won’t be staying at any more best westerns. I’m normally not a picky person but it’s just...

Truck driver here, I’ve been all over the country and have stayed in countless hotels. I’ve never been treated better than I was here. I have had the highest rewards status with 2 competitor chains, and I was treated with more curtesy as a new member here. The rooms are fantastic, the staff can always be found cleaning something, the breakfast was good. And a huge selling point for this inn- the Wi-Fi was amazing. I had speeds of 60 mbps down during most of the stay- and 25 mbps down during the peak of the weekend. Every other hotel here in town had speeds under 1 mbps.

I started this weekend off in the Hampton- which is currently priced as the most expensive room in Farmington. The room here in the lodge is twice it’s size- way nicer, and way more comfortable. I left the Hampton because of internet speeds and couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I was gonna brag on the lady at the front desk on my check in, she was so nice! But truth be told every member of staff I spoke to could not have been nicer. I will definitely...
