If you look at my other reviews, I seldom bash a place, but I gotta warn you about this place. It's my duty as an RVer. Good location, I'll give it that. I stopped as it had been snowing and I had to stop. The first 13 of their "temporary" spots showed as reversed polarity on my surge protector. No problem moving down the line cuz nobody was there, but had I not had that SP I would never have known, and the spot I finally found where the power was ok had no water. Fine, I didn't need water. But no attempt to actually assist me, or even remotely concerned that the polarity was reversed. Everything there was broken and run down, and the dumpsters/trash area was completely overflowing, with all varieties of yuck piled all around. Dog crap EVERYWHERE (and I mean... BIG dog craps). I had a hard time finding a clear space to walk my dog. Lots of trashy full-timer trailers & broken glass. The dog run alluded to by another poster was, as they noted, not safe with the fence falling down and garbage strewn around. If you have a lot of toys to park, this seemed to be the place because most every site had multiple vehicles, in various states of disrepair. They "said" they had wi-fi, but it didn't even reach to the first bank of sites. Unfortunately, AT&T service is almost zero there, as well. My picnic table was broken & unusable. And the restrooms had hours??? I mean... what if... ya know... one can't always plan for these things. I did take a few photos; but truly, the are flattering. In person, it looked/felt/smelled much worse. Your first clue is the outside of the door going into the office. You won't want to touch it. The "office/clubhouse" was full of junk, cluttered and the smell was neasauting. Lady in the office was nice enough, but poor thing was suffering from a wicked cold, snarffuling and leaking, blowing and wiping and otherwise oozing over everything... Quite the experience. I hand-sanitized my credit card. The final insult here is the price; It was something like $45! I make this run up and down the state frequently, and next time if I find myself in the same situation, I'm doing what the truckers did and pulling off the side of the driveway (potholed) going in! At least it's free and there is somewhere to walk my dog where he won't step on glass or...

Read moreOnly stay at this park if you need to. The price to stay here is outrageous given the quality of the “resort” especially because you can stay at a likely much nicer one in Santa Clarita for hardly any price difference.
The pool is dirty, the hot tub is wrapped with caution tape and full of god knows what—it looks like sewage or foliage that’s been soaking for months. Many of the picnic tables are falling apart. The dog park is a shoddy fence bordered by a dilapidated trailer home. The worst part is the unmanaged landscaping. Tree branches hanging down everywhere just waiting to rip your roof or mess up your siding.
You will likely get 0 cell service, and their wifi is absolutely unusable (constantly disconnects and is slower than dial up when it actually “works”), so expect to have no outside contact unless you want to drive aimlessly on the highway or to the nearest city. My wife found a used condom next to our lot when setting up. This park is a mess and the price should reflect that. We were also lied to about booking ASAP because they could be full... There were literally dozens of spots available the multiple nights we were there. They also offer 0 CANCELLATION policy! So once they have your card on file, you’re never getting that money back, even if you book weeks or months in advance! That deserves 0 stars alone! There was also trash blowing around the park that ended up next to the stairs of our RV. With almost no one else in the park this is unacceptable. Other than working utilities, which is clearly expected, there are no redeeming qualities of this park, and as I’ve reiterated multiple times here—the price does not reflect this in the slightest. We stayed in a park ineffably nicer for less than half the price near Palm Springs right before this one.
Stay away from this one unless you like all the aforementioned issues and poor consumer practices with a no cancellation/refund policy the second they scam you into booking by feigning false occupancy. I would give this park 0 stars if I could for that fact and the price...
