Provident Luxury Suites Fisher Island — Hotel in Fisher Island

I'm writing this review because of a very bad experience that was handled very unprofessional. I'm a young woman traveling alone. And the only reason why that even matters at this moment is because someone tried to enter my room with a key. I checked in with a very nice lady, received my key and was instantly excited to enjoy my bayview.I was pleasantly appreciative of the seal that was placed on the door, that had to be removed to enter, showing that the room was sanitized and ready for enjoyment. After having a lovely night on the beach and the hotel restaurant. I was scardely awaken at 5am to a disturbing noise at the door to my room. I soon realized that someone was trying to enter. My heart dropped and I was instantly put in a scared and panic state. Thankfully the door was locked with a latch as well so the uninvited intruder could not enter. I said a few words to let them know I was in the room. After gathering my composure, I admittedly called the front desk. I was in tears relating my scared state of someone awakening me trying to enter my room. I was laughed at by the front desk agent and he told me that it was himself trying to enter but it was a mistake. I was taken aback because my explanation was completely pushed under the rug and not any type of actions of apologetic concern was expressed. Nor was a called made to myself first.I also mentioned how could such a mistake be made when there's a seal on every door that has to be removed before occupancy. I was then answered with unprofessional frustration as if it was my fault that I had felt unsafe and scared. As if was my fault that he tried to enter the room I was in. I completely understand that mistakes happen but the level of dismissal and unaccountably was completely wrong. I was brushed off and told to speak with a manager...

Absolutely beautiful! I attended a networking event that was indoors/outdoors and it was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had in South Florida, and I’ve lived in Miami my whole life! The view of the water and various portions of the magnificent Miami skylines were breathtaking to say the least! The staff were also very accommodating and I will never be able to think of any complaint or criticism of any kind from my experience at this beautiful location! If you ever get the chance to go please do, definitely a bucket list type...

Estimados Señores|| ||Hace un par de semanas desde el 19 al 24 de enero, tuve la oportunidad junto con mi familia de poder conocer las bondades de vuestro complejo residencial en Fischer Island Miami Florida, utilizando la Unidad 15222 2 bedroom ocean view. ||||Realmente las acomodaciones de dicha unidad son magnificas, con equipamiento de primer nivel, cómodas habitaciones, terrazas con hermosa , vista, en fin un lujo, un placer disfrutar de ese lugar . El personal de servicio de limpieza muy preocupado de los detalles y con gran disposición en su atencion .|| ||La isla una belleza única, , sus playas, piscinas , aéreas verdes maravillosas, sin duda un paraiso hecho realidad.|| ||Agradezco en forma muy especial la atención de su agente inmobiliario Sr Mario Leon , quien demostró en todo momento un gran nivel profesional , cercanía y preocupación para con mi familia durante toda nuestra estadía en la Isla, ,permitiendonos pasar una vacaciones extraordinarias ,e inolvidables , disfrutando de las magnificas instalaciones y paisajes que envuelven a Fischer Island.|| ||Esperando volver pronto .|| ||Saluda muy afectuosamente.|| ||Francisco Javier Sotomayor y...
