Height of Folly — Hotel in Folly Beach

The house was beautiful however not all instructions and codes were provided prior to check-in such as the garage door code. I'm disabled and was happy there was an elevator but couldn't access it without opening the garage door. When we finally did get access the elevator didn't work. Called Turnkey 4 times on the day we arrived yet no one was sent out until the next day. Then, and I specifically inquired about the gas grill and propane, we found it absolutely filthy and no propane. Couldn't grill the hamburgers and hot dogs we brought for our first night's meal. Bring all your own toiletries as their starter items include nothing buy conditioner in all 3 bathrooms. I'll never use Turnkey...
