The whole state park is beautiful and very clean. There was almost always DNR employees working on the area and the grass/landscaping was well maintained. The hiking trails are some of the best you can find. The campsites were organized, monitored and clean. The only thing the park was lacking was a place to purchase ice, firewood, and maybe a vending machine/snack spot. Lehigh has ice but it's inside a bar. The store in Otho is pretty run down and the last time we went by a sign reading "closed till the boss pays us" was on the door. We didn't let the minor inconvenience hamper the fun. Both bathrooms were very clean and the shower water was the perfect temperature. Fire ring and picnic table at every site. Easy check in just stop at the check in area and follow directions.
