The Madison Inn Motel — Hotel in Fort Madison

The Owner here (I think his name is Rajuel) is a great guy.

#1: Ask for a Deal - He is very straightforward and will cut you a deal down the middle on daily or weekly rates (where you save more money than booking online, and he saves fees from booking sites, he is straightforward and won't try to overcharge you like most hotels).

#2: Good Inexpensive rates. Rooms are clean and pleasant looking.

#3: Daily housekeeping and minor amenities (coffee brew machine, soaps, has small fridge with freezer compartment, has microwave, has okay wifi just ask for passwords to both of them)

#4: Located down the street from a Laundromat and gas station, next door to a McDonalds, and 2 min away from the Fort Colony Dinner which has good breakfast.

#5: The owner is friendly. There are cameras everywhere and the owner is always roaming so it's actually a really secure motel and you don't have to worry about thieves. The other guests I saw during my stay...

Highly recommend staying here. The owner is so nice and so accommodating the rooms are clean smells clean feels clean close to everything and oh so reasonable rates that I've booked my next to stays with them already. Kudos to the owners... they seem to take pride in their hotel...
