Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This is absolutely the best value on a mattress you will ever find, and they have great service as well. We ordered a custom sized mattress (that is larger than a king) to replace our tempurpedic king that had become so uncomfortable I was barely sleeping. The tempurpedic was amazing at first, but for several thousand dollars, it should hold up for more than a couple of years. The custom mattress we bought from city mattress factory may not be all memory foam (which is actually a good thing I'm convinced), but it is infinitely more comfortable. Our custom sized mattress was ready and delivered in a little over 2 weeks. Not only is it bigger, but it was less than half the price of the king tempurpedic we bought, and immediately more comfortable. I can't speak to its longevity yet, but I can say with absolute certainty it's more comfortable and considerably cheaper than buying one of the most expensive king tempurpedic models, and we received great service. On top of that, buying from a local business is way better than buying from a chain. Most importantly, I truly can't remember the last time I slept so well before sleeping on this mattress. We knew we had to get rid of our old mattress but I was scared of the process of finding the perfect new mattress. There’s SO many options out there and it’s super confusing. I started researching and seeing many great recommendations for City Mattress Factory from my local “go-to” neighborhood page. I woke my husband up one morning and told him we HAD to be there when they opened (they open @ 8am!). I knew we didn’t have to look anywhere else.

Norm was so patient with us! We brought our own pillows and blanket and I made my husband spend at least 10 min on each mattress we were considering. I wish I could upload the picture but I knew the Legacy was for us when my husband feel fast asleep 😴 💤 on the Legacy. I was starting to feel like Goldilocks but now this Goldilocks can finally get some rest!!! We finally have the mattress we can’t wait to crawl into! We are SO thankful for you and your quality...

I ordered a futon and was told that it would be ready in a week. Two weeks went by…I had to call and inquire. I then received a call from Mary stating that my futon would be delivered on the following Tuesday. I called around 1 o’clock on the delivery date and was told that they didn’t have the arms for the futon I ordered…so I picked different Futon arms. Note: if I wouldn’t have called They weren’t going to deliver anything to my house on the scheduled date. I then was told that my order couldn’t be delivered on the day that they set. I then requested to speak to a manager and was directed to Nancy, she managed to get my futon delivered, but when I received the futon it was not the mattress pattern I ordered. I called customer service last week and still have not received a call back from anyone. So I’m stuck with a futon that I did not order, no arms, and not the right pattern.
