Great Western Inn I-820 S — Hotel in Fort Worth

Most unclean, and vandalized rooms I've ever seen in my life, taggings of the walls and doors dirty feet and hand scuff marks. Broken wall plug plastic fixtures and light fixtures torn out of the ceiling, and sinks burnt by fire or cigarettes Burns. Carpet stains and smells like disgusting feet and filth, I seen this site for these rooms on Priceline, which I directly called after the experience, to let them know they are posting false advertisement with nice rooms and area. A customer service representative at night time was very rude, unprofessional and pushy, treating me like I was a child and trying to rush me when I was checking in. This hotel will be reported to The Better Bureau Business, this shouldn't be on the market or even be open to the public, if this is the kind of service and room service that you get when you walk into them. I requested Priceline and different office of this disgusting place and I Made It My Money back, and also was going to report them to the health department for having the rooms be left soiled in tubs at in bath room toilets. And the only good comments are from either friends or their family on this site with 5 Stars saying that better rooms nicer improvements, that is a lie, even their last name is Patel which is Indian, it has to be one of their friends. Never ever stepping foot is this rat shake again...

VERY RESPECTFUL THE MANAGER EXPLAINS THINGS TO YOU SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY. THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY THAT IS ONE OF THE MAJOR REASONS WHY THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO HAVE COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE COMPANY IT CAN'T BE TRAFFIC BACK AND FORTH. The rooms are very clean it's quiet and nice up here and I will always recommend this motel to anyone to chill at to live at for some weeks or days for a long period of time the only thing that's needed to be added is they need a ice machine and maybe breakfast but mainly a ice machine. I really enjoy my stay every time I go to the great Western inn. I like the nightly price I really like the nice bedroom suits the comfortable beds nice curtains and carpet and chairs I'm happy that it's not bad like it was some years ago. The first day of check in I only paid for one night got into my room realized I wanted to stay at this motel until I was able to find an apartment so I went to pay for 2 more days I couldn't pay that night on that particular room so I went to the office the following morning and was able to pay for another night and was transferred from one room to the next I didn't have to check out and check back in which was awesome so far everything has been great here the price for a room is reasonable during the week and weekends it's the same rate so quite here also there is no hanging out no nothing I recommend this place if this is the atmosphere that you are...
