Don't book with a rented RV before you have seen access road! The access road is a sandy, non paved road with a slope at the entrance. With most rented RVs, you are not insured if you get stuck or have damages. Host was not helpful, no description of this on website, not reachable by phone after we have shared our concerns, no offer to meet us at slope, no response to our polite question about a refund. Jeep driver we asked said road was 'mostly" firm which was not good enough for us. Campground not know at the visitor center just across, no signboard at entrance of access road. I have never left a bad review for a campground before. Our RV is well below the max size the host currently describes on the website as suitable...

Unfortunatelly the owner doesn't understand the possible variation in climate conditions and he didn't made us a refund, so double expense, the camping and a motel in Mexican Hat for the same night. It seems That they only care on the bucks they can take, from us. If I will go there other time, of course I will never book again...
