Marilyn and Tommy are the absolute best. Imagine staying with your fun grandparents in a large, quiet mountain house with stunning views. They will make you feel comfortable and at home the moment to arrive! It's a true B&B experience with the best hosts.

Don't hesitate to stay at Aspen Hollow! We stayed for the weekend and had an amazing breakfast that Marilyn made for us. The views from the grand room are of the town of Granby with snow capped mountains and deer grazing in the front yard (in the morning). It's soul soothing and beautiful. We could enjoy the view for days!

We also visited Rocky Mountain National Park and did some day hiking. The drive up to RMNP is short and easy from Aspen Hollow. (Don't fight for a room in Estes Park when you can stay here)

There are 6 private rooms, an attached 3 room condo and a movie room downstairs with DirecTV for sports and movies. The property will sleep a total of 22 people if you need room for a large group.

I stumbled upon Aspen Hollow Colorado, when planning a long weekend getaway. I’m thrilled that I did. From my first conversation with Marilyn, I felt as if we were old friends. This was my first trip to the Grandby/Winter Park area. I had no idea what to expect. Marilyn gave suggestions on things to see and do, which helped us plan in advance. Upon our arrival, that feeling of warmth was just as strong. They showed us our room, and walked us around their beautiful home explaining how their vision came to be. Words cannot truly describe their home or the views of the mountains around them. Both were breathtaking. If the views and the home weren’t enough, you have Marilyn’s breakfasts! Absolutely AMAZING! The hospitality shown to us was over the top! Tommy and Marilyn are a very rare find. The rooms are large and clean. The amenities are wonderful. They say summer is more beautiful than the winter ski season, I don’t see how. But, I can say, I have every intention of finding out and visiting my new friends. We just spent a lovely winter getaway at Aspen Hollow and hope to go again soon! We stayed at the condo attached to the b&b, and it was fabulous. There are windows all along the front of the condo, and the views are simply gorgeous, overlooking the town of Granby with the mountains as a backdrop. The layout is wonderful for 1-2 families with two queen bedrooms on the main floor along with a beautiful gourmet kitchen and large but cozy living room and dining area, and a nice size loft upstairs with twin beds, bathroom and additional living space. As others have mentioned, the host and hostess are truly one of the highlights of the place. Marilyn and Tommy could not be friendlier or more accommodating! The b&b is convenient to all of the Grand County ski areas and is far enough off of the highway to feel serene and secluded but still only 10 minutes to the City Market and US 40.
