A beautiful community! A private campground with individually owned lots. A gated, secure community with state of the art security gate and security cameras in addition to year round caretakers to protect your property. We have owned here since 2018 and find it a delightful way to spend the summer.

The only downside at the moment is a few owners who are unhappy about a few of the HOA rules. Seems there are always some that are. If you look into buying here, you will be able to review all of the HOA restrictions and rules before buying. Most are rules set forth by the county and are not outrageous, but they will be enforced by the board...

You do not want to buy a lot here. The board doesn't even follow it's own rules, they allow caretakers to have nine dogs in the house. Caretaker yells at the elderly in front of Park County sheriff. The sheriff defended the elderly then the caretaker closes the clubhouse for the first time in many years. They're trying to say without documentation that some residents are staying longer than six months at a time. Which is completely inaccurate. The Board is also a bunch of bigots and if you are not white, they don't want anything to do with you or...

My husband and I were camp hosts here our first year living in our camper full time and this place was wonderful. Lots of wildlife of all kinds especially hummingbirds ❤️ the clubhouse is super comfortable and accommodating, the enclosed swimming pool is heated, the community is welcoming, and the views are amazing. There’s also a pond they fill with fish for guests recreation. Over the many months spent here back in 2019 it was hard to part ways by the end of the season. It’s 2023 and I still think of my time...
