My boyfriend and I stayed at Riverside Colorado for three nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly went out of their way to make sure we had a special trip. We spent the first two nights glamping in a tent, which was an amazing way to connect with nature, and on the third night, we stayed in a cozy two-person cabin. Both accommodations were wonderful, but if you want to control the temperature, I’d recommend going with the cabin for extra comfort.
The facilities were great too—clean bathrooms and showers made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the cold plunge in the river—so refreshing! We also loved starting our day with breakfast at Kind Bean, served from a charming airstream. The lavender matcha there was delicious! The shuttle service to and from concerts at Mishawaka was super convenient, and shoutout to Mike and Charlie, our shuttle drivers, who were so kind and welcoming. Allyce and Jeannine were amazing and took great care of us with reservations and any onsite needs.
In addition to the peaceful surroundings, we enjoyed playing cornhole, and the onsite pizza oven and grills were a nice bonus for cooking our own meals. If you’re looking for a mix of nature, comfort, and exceptional service, Riverside Colorado is the perfect spot. We’ll...
Read moreThis is such a hidden gem in northern Colorado right next to the Poudre River. I moved away from Colorado a few years ago and came back with my family last week. We love spending time in the Poudre Canyon, but have never found good lodging in the area. Well, we found it at Riverside Colorado and much more. Pulling up, we see cute planters, an airstream coffee and food bar and a store that has absolutely everything you need (priced well too). Michael checked us in and was so sweet - informing us about all the amenities onsite. Checking in to our cabin was a breeze and we were delighted by our sweet little spot. Comfy beds, well appointed with everything we needed including a fire pit with kindling, fire starters and plenty of wood. My family fished right on the riverbank and had great success and a lot of fun. Next morning I hit the coffee bar and had a delicious breakfast burrito and green juice. I’d like to thank Elise, Jess and Cristin for taking care of us during our stay - going above and beyond! I plan on coming back yearly with my family and friends. I don’t usually write reviews, but this spot is not to be missed! Thanks for making it an...
Read moreMy sister and I just stayed over 4th of July weekend...This place is the GREATEST! Even though there are still projects in the works to get everything perfectly finished there is no shortage on convenience or comfort. It's far enough into the mountains where you feel like you truly "get away from it all" but close enough to buzz into Fort Collins (or Bellvue or LaPorte) daily if you want to. And Mishawaka is only a couple miles away if you're catching a show (they have a free shuttle!) or just want to have lunch somewhere on a beautiful patio right on the river. The coffee shop (a super cute Airstream) at the resort is awesome and the general store (which was close to being finished) will have everything you need or forgot to bring, I'm sure. The GM Jeannine is an absolutely wonderful human and genuinely cares about her guests having a positive experience. I can't wait to stay again and, because I live locally, I will most certainly be buzzing up the canyon from time to time just for a cup of coffee and great conversation. GREAT job Riverside team! Your hard work and dedication is very much felt and...
