We had a wonderful family reunion at The Hideaway in late June. First of all, it is a beautiful site! A great view both outside and inside. It is not far from Colorado Springs, yet feels so private. Jason really helped with all of the pre-planning and was quick to respond to all of my questions via email. Jodi was so helpful and accommodating during our reunion stay! The meeting room and guest rooms were so nice and set up perfectly! One guest room did not have a portable cooler, but Jodi worked with us to change the guest accommodations to take care of that. ||The view from the dining room was amazing! The meals were delicious, and the serving staff was so friendly and quick. The specialty breads and desserts were outstanding! We appreciated the coffee, tea, and water being available throughout the day and evening.||Our family enjoyed volleyball, gaga ball, ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, and just wandering around the grounds. My fourth or fifth stay and honestly I am impressed with the consistency of quality with the staff, food and accommodations. Usually Jason takes excellent care of managing our stay as a group. This time Sarah did just as excellent a job taking care of our party. The housekeeping staff do a meticulous job. The grounds are well cared for and the location is beautiful. Our stay included meals and the food was excellent. I happened to be in a nearby spot as Sarah interviewed a possible staff member and I was impressed at the care they took when hiring employees. The quality truly shows in care of the customers. I like the set up it's much better than a hotel room. It's like I am visiting a home. Some of the staff even remember you when you show up....
