2. The location of this wonderful home is an adventure in itself with the beautiful 360degree views along with many trails leading from the house out to lookout points, caves, and rock formations. The home you will be staying in is so suited to a spiritual feeling, as well as fully equipped for luxury and practicality. Everyone of our group of 11 found it very homey, enchanting, and thrilling with its musical instruments, art, rock , and crystals stationed throughout the house and along paths leading away from the house. The patios on the both the east and west ends allows for lounging, sun bathing, game playing and hot tub soaking from morning through late evening. The owners have really thought the whole experience of staying here thoroughly to allow for the most pleasant stay. I could go on for hours extolling its virtues.
3. Which brings me to the last and most rewarding facet to True North. Hank, the owner, lives on the premises and is one of the nicest and most personable humans I have ever met. He will not only tend to your every whim or issue at a text or phone calls length or in person, but he is extremely happy to give suggestions, explanations, history, and practical cues about the house and its environs in a way that is both valuable and non-intrusive to your stay. We all want to experience our vacation firsthand and newly discovered and Hank has the savvy to bridge the line between helping when needed and allowing people to seek their own paths. Its rare when the spiritual heart within the boundless beauty of nature is a human made structure. True North Zion Villa is just such a spiritual place. Zion National Park is achingly beautiful, timeless, physically imposing, yet peaceful beyond words. Hank and Marieangela Landau have created a spiritual, heart centered retreat you can feel before you get there.

We could have spent a month in the library (between hikes) studying everything from metaphysics to medicine wheels. Hospitality was perfect, cleanliness ditto, beds, bathrooms and kitchen perfect and you get a bonus - visits from the owner's two puppies Sophia and Luna! Hot tub probably saved us a couple nights after particularly strenuous climbs and hikes. It was a very special family get together.

The hidden gem is True North is just inside the western park boundary and is wonderfully uncrowded, surrounded by scenery every bit as breathtaking as the rest of the park.
