TL;DR: room more expensive than advertised, dead roaches, flies, spiders, and other assorted insects everywhere on every surface, live spiders and bugs, stains on every conceivable surface including the towels, rags, and bed sheets, cigarette burns on every piece of bedding and furniture, thick layers of dust, black mold in the bathroom, office lobby was dirty and littered with debris and bugs, overall the room was so dirty I didn't even feel comfortable sitting on the bed, let alone sleeping in it, I showered and left. Go somewhere else even if it costs more. Arrived at about 6 pm and checked into a room for the night. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience for the $40/night the sign out front advertised, I was just looking for a place to take a shower and sleep for the night, and I honestly can not express how disappointed I am with the quality of the room I was given, when I entered the lobby it looked like it had never been swept, and I got charged $50 for a room instead of the advertised $40 which I didn't mind at the time because its still the cheapest place in town and I expected to be able to at least sleep in the room. After I got to the room there was a large pool of water outside the front door to the room and a pile of trash and debris outside the door, which I didn't really care about since I didn't pick this motel for the scenery, after entering the room and taking my wet shoes off at the door, I walked in the bathroom already holding my change of clothes and stepped on a dead roach, which for most people would be the last straw but I'm not squeamish or scared of bugs especially dead ones, so I just flushed it and carried on in my mission to get a shower, there were two towels neatly folded on the sink counter and as I went to grab one to put on the floor to catch any stray water, a dead fly fell out of the towel and I noticed it had black marks, as if someone had worked on a car then wiped their hands on it, and only washed it with water. The other towel had similar marks, and so did both the washcloths, so I went back out to my car and grabbed my own towel and washcloth, which I was lucky enough to have to my car because I did laundry that morning, after getting back into the bathroom, I turned on the shower and it barely worked, it sent about half of the water straight down instead of forward, but I had come to far at this point to back down now, after getting into the shower, I realized that the shower head was extremely low, it was at about the same level as my chin, so I had to crouch in the shower to get the top of my head wet, because I'm 6'0" instead of 5'4", and as I was washing my hair I looked up at the broken air vent over the shower and saw some black mold colonies forming, after getting washed and stepping out I realized the numerous dead bugs underneath the sink and fallen paint chips on the counter and I really started to wonder if this room had ever been swept or cleaned in any shape or form, I proceeded to dry off and get dressed then I looked around the room for other things amiss, and I found stains on every conceivable surface including but not limited to the bed, curtains, chair, and walls, there was even more dead bugs, cobwebs, and dirt scattered all over the floor and in every forlorn corner of the room, it was at this point I decided to photograph everything and leave a review, and while I was photographing everything I also found a large spider which was kind of concerning considering that this motel has a no pets policy. I didn't check inside or underneath anything whilst photographing the room out of fear of what ungodly sin I might find there, but after I was finished photographing, I left immediately, hoping to let the lady at the front desk know that I was checking out, but she wasn't there and she still isn't there as of me writing this review. I wish I could write at least one good thing about the place, but alas, I'm left without a single pleasant word. It was the worst $50 I've ever spent, and I'd have a hard time trying to spend $50 to have a worse...

ABsolutely would not recommend ! We had to take our own trash out they don’t check to make sure your room is good before you check in . We had a broken tv, the faucet was leaking excessive water we also went 4 days without sheets and towels asked management( Eveybofy is the manager here) But they didn’t care said they would send maintenance (maintenance lives there also) at around 11 that 3rd morning without sheets I went back around 6pm for her to tell me I have to wait another day. I just asked politely for my money back & that when the whole ugly family came from the back upset because I asked for my money back and was frustrated (I told them come outside but they were scared. Yall it literally took me to keep telling people before they went in not to stay there because they have bed bugs and roaches also just for them to give me my money back. She was mad and called the police on me. But luckily the police were on my side and knew exactly what I was talking about. The family was rude and could’ve just gave us our money back but instead was running their mouth behind a glass.( Yall I was gone drag every last family member . Another thing they charge you wayyyyy to high so keep up with your amount you pay because they will lie and try to charge you more .Also mold in bathroom. Health department was definitely alerted and I hope this place gets shut down because it is not fit for living . Honestly you better off living out of your car or even walking long milesssss for a better one because this isn’t it . If I could give 0...

I didn't like a thing. I've never stayed in a motel where I counted down the hours to leave. There was an eggy, sewer smell all night. Also a skunk had sprayed seemed like outside of our door. Arrived to a scalding hot room in mid July, AC had not been turned on. The location isn't good, beside a paper mill (I'm assuming that's where the odor came from?) I let my husband sleep, I did not. There was a crack under the door I could see light under. Add the smell of mothballs to all of the other smells outside, so I stayed awake making sure nothing crawled in under the door. The room was awful. Cigarette burns all in the comforter. I never turned it down. I sat on top of the blankets all night. Less than a half a roll of toilet paper, with no extra roll. No tissues in tissue holder. Faucet had speckles of toothpaste where it hadn't been cleaned from other people brushing their teeth there. Rooms are conjoined by a closet with 2 doors you have to lock the opposite door, you have no control over your own lock. I didn't like this at all. This place doesn't deserve the ratings it has. Horrible.||Lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating to our late check in. AC was ok once we got it turned on. It has electricity and running water. I'd try Super 8 in the area or just drive another 30 minutes or so to stay in a...

Went there to get a room for a week and was told their rooms weren't 240 a week, there actually 350 a week. When I said that's not what is on the sign outside, I was told amount changed three years ago. I guess they don't understand that by law they were supposed to give me a weekly room for 240 as advertised on their own sign. But they refused. So now I'm going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know that Country Inn is scamming people.

Live and dead roaches. Stained bathtub. Toilet flushed very slow. (Stoped up) Rusted light fixtures. No Wi-Fi for Smart Tv. Beds worn out. Worst ever. Room 108. Definitely not worth asking price. I highly recommend Courtland Inn. Best stay for the price. Definitely not 5 start as advertised. Overall the entire place including lobby. Dirty. Picture of live roach on night stand.
