We recently purchased a dining room set from the Franklin location. We needed it prior to the time they could deliver it. We did not have the time to assemble the table and chairs at home and were thinking we would have to improvise. The salesperson suggest we take the table (un-assembled) and chairs (assembled, from the showroom) which was the perfect solution. The gentlemen in the warehouse did an excellent job of wrapping the chairs and boxed table so they would not be damaged in the rain.
When we opened the box for the table, we noticed a leaf was damaged. We were concerned about getting it repaired since we were the ones who brought it home and opened it. The following work day, we called the service department, expecting some push back on the repair. What we received was a very pleasant experience. They processed the repair request and a few days later I received a call from Paul, the repair technician. He came to our home and was very respectful of our home and did want to track dirt in. After working on the table leaf, he was not satisfied with the results. He asked if we needed the leaf in the near future and if not, would I mind if he took it to the shop to repair. He returned the leaf a week later and we cannot even see the repair because he did so well. My friends who were at my home at the time was very impressed with Paul and due to his level of customer service, we will definitely make our third purchase from your location when we are ready to purchase new living...

I previously purchased a mattress and less than a week after my purchase I returned it due to sagging sides. When I was looking at ELLER & OWENS Furnitute store I informed the salesman about the return of a mattress which sagged on the sides. I told him I was looking for a firm mattress with a lot of support on the sides. He assured me this mattress was warranted should it give more than a 1.5 inches. Well I called concerning the side giving like a slide. That 1.5 inch warranty is not for the sides but in the middle of the bed. Read moreMy husband and I were looking to buy a new couch to replace our hand-me-down one we had. We started with Eller & Owens Furniture and were lucky enough to work with Greg. He showed us the different couches they had in the store, and when none fancied our eyes, showed us how we could make our own. We created the perfect couch that satisfied the looks we wanted and comfort level. Due to the pandemic, it took a few months for Bassett Furniture to make it and ship it to us, but that is no fault of Eller & Owens. Greg sufficiently warned us of the delay, and Bassett was only a week "late" on when they quoted they might have it done for. Not bad for uncertain times, on Bassett's part! We paid Eller & Owens the $40 to have the sofa moved in for us and the gentlemen who brought it were kind enough to take our old couch our and put it in our truck for us to bring to a friend!
