Diamond Vineyards — Hotel in Fredericksburg

We LOVED our visit at Diamond Vineyards. Lisa and Celine were so kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable. We got to go on the vineyard hike and try different tasty treats. They answered all of our questions and were so welcoming. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Backstory: We were supposed to go on a group vineyard hike but called the day before to check if it was still on due to weather. Lisa offered for us to come out that day for a tour instead since the weather was nicer. It was so thoughtful of them to reschedule for us and we had a fun time being the only ones on the tour. Keep in mind when you look at these photos that the vines are going dormant. Still beautiful but not as lush as other times...

We had a wonderful time visiting Diamond Vineyards this weekend!! The owner, Lisa Kennelly, gave us a wonderful tour of her beautiful ranch and vineyard. We had a fun and relaxing time painting one of the many breathtaking views while sitting on the mezzzanine! She and her team were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were definitely well taken care of!!! I highly recommend visiting and taking part in activities/festivities that may be taking place at Diamond Vineyards! You also can rent out her venue for parties, weddings, etc. Thank you so much Lisa, Celine, and Ransom for your hospitality!!! Looking forward to...

This vineyard is a true gem! We had the privilege of a one-on-one tasting with Lisa. Though this is Texas wine, it transports you to a whole new world. She cultivates her own grapes and crafts her own wines. Hands down, the best wine in the Texas Hill Country. Lisa is a master of her craft and shares her vision behind each bottle. Tim and I spent 1 & 1/2 hours with her, immersed in wine, travel, and family. Tastings are by appointment only, but you will enjoy every minute. A little added touch, she saw that I was chilly and had a stole on hand to throw over...
