ParcBlu is a new, luxury retreat in Fredericksburg-- I would love to share constructive feedback for the owners sake, but I do NOT have any! On day one of our trip we were already planning our next stay at ParcBlu. From the moment we arrived, it was evident how much time and preparation went into welcoming us. We were greeted with fresh-baked cookies from a local favorite, as well as ice -old bottled water in our fridge. It is the guest accommodations that make this place so special. The fire pit is prepared with everything you need to start your cozy evening, as well as clean blankets set on each chair. Similarly, every chair at the pool comes with a rolled towel. Suite amenities are new and clean-- we enjoyed our personal hot tub right off our unit, as well as our own comfortable hammock. In the suite, the kitchen has everything you need to cook/grill. The bedroom and bathroom were so well equipped, we could have stayed for weeks! Temperatures can be extreme in Texas, but I was really impressed by the comfortable temperature achieved by the AC units! This allowed us to spend lots of fun time outdoors while being able to cool off inside whenever we needed a break. The location of ParcBlu is very central to must-see Fredericksburg eats/drinks, shopping downtown, and state parks. We were impressed by how close ParcBlu was to everything we wanted to see (just 25 minutes from Enchanted Rock) while still feeling very remote and private. Finally, were traveling with our infant and had zero accessibility issues during our stay! Very comfortable place to bring along babies and children. Overall, this is the place to come for a hassle-free, restful vacation. There is so much to see in Fredericksburg, but you might be tempted just to stay in at ParcBlu and relax!

Our stay at Parc Blu was fantastic, thanks to Jay and Paul, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience! The concept of transforming containers into luxurious accommodations is brilliant. Each container is thoughtfully equipped with a full bathroom, comfy bed, TV, and plenty of windows for natural light. The modern and airy interior, along with a well-stocked kitchen featuring a fridge, stove, pans, and even a dishwasher, made our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private hot tub and grill, and the top lounge area was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast on the private patio, surrounded by nature, was a highlight. The property’s sustainable design shines through in the common areas, which include a huge stone table, sand bowling game, and a fire pit circle. For activities, there’s a beautiful pool and pickleball field (just bring your own paddles and balls). Plus, the property is nestled in nature but only 7-10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg with plenty of things to do.

I just finished a midweek stay there. We had unit seven towards the back of the complex. It was absolutely wonderful! At first when I was driving in, I was a little concerned with needing a car to get everywhere because it’s a few miles from Main Street, but I quickly loved having my own private retreat all to myself filled with nature and ultimately preferred it being a bit further from the crowds and traffic. We were the only people staying there mid week And the quiet and solitude was refreshing, like camping. There is a pet deer there with a collar on that will come right up to you. The amenities in the unit were great high-quality, well stocked I loved the quality of the lounge chairs. They’re sturdy and very comfy. I really enjoyed reading both on my rooftop and by the pool. The one thing I would warn about is that the unit is on the small side so if you’re a couple and bringing a large dog you’ll probably want to get one of the larger units. I would definitely stay here again!!
