Where do I start? The ceiling had mold on it, the room had so much moisture that it felt like sleeping in sheets that needed another 45 minutes in the dryer. My hat took 3 hours to dry out after we left from just sitting in the room overnight. Other than the mold the room was cleaned. You also need to be aware there's a bar across the parking lot. It's that little building up on the pond. Police had to come around 4:00 a.m. to break up the fight that was going on in the parking lot... So that was fun 😑 But at least the Continental breakfast was some prepackaged chocolate chip muffins, Honey Buns, and very questionable sausage and egg muffins you had to warm up in the microwave. I think we could have gotten higher quality food at a gas station. They didn't even have water to drink. Go stay at another hotel nearby for a better experience.

Ruuuuun!!!!! I was visiting Savannah Georgia for a military wedding. I checked in, & got a room all the way around to the side, upstairs. Upon my arrival men were hanging out in the car park, and near the rooms. As a lone female, this made me very uncomfortable. Then a vehicle came in with very loud music playing in the car park (you can tell the person lives there). Upon approaching the room, the door was old , & dirty. Upon entering the room-the old tired bedspreads greeted me. The fridge was dusty, the microwave was 🤮, and they were tiny roaches there. It was very uncomfortable. I kept my shoes on. I checked out around 7 minutes after checking in. I wouldn’t have survived half an hour in there. I wouldn’t recommend it to a dog. I ended up having to book another hotel-Country Inn & Suites Radisson. That was a great stay.

Less than 5 mins drive from the airport, I booked in when Delta canceled my evening flight and booked me on an early morning flight. They don't have an airport shuttle. The local lyft doesn't allow scheduled rides. The staff gave me a paper flier for cab companies that included some with very poor reviews and some classy outfits. It was Sunday night, I'd asked if they had a restaurant when I booked in. Wrong question, I should have asked if they had an OPEN restaurant. The staff let me take stuff from the locked breakfast bar (very kind). The room was cool and clean. The car park had, huge articulated transport trucks parked, in it. Might be a nice place with an open restaurant.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Absolutely not safe to stay here!!!! People pose as maintence workers who don't even work for the hotel!!!!! this place is a nightmare!!!! Management is the worst I've ever seen!!!! Rooms are dated! Checkin was a nightmare as they only had one person working the desk and the phone rang off the hook.

We had a small group of people stay at this hotel and rented 3 rooms for one night. Room1 booked on Expedia and when we got to the hotel they had no record of the booking so they paid for the room again on the spot and was double charged by the hotel and charged once by Expedia. 3 times the card was charged for one room. Hours on hold fixing this mistake. Room 2 and 3 were also booked via Expedia and went smoothly during checking in. Once in the rooms room 204 had a hair dryer that over heated and was VERY dated! Common sense was used and the hair dryer wasn't used anymore but the guest had to use another in a different room. 204 also had a bad fridge that led to a TON of spoiled food. Well over the cost of the room might I note. 202 and 204 had problems with the toilet not flushing. The guests contacted the front desk and they sent someone to the room to fix the toilet. The gentleman knocked on the door and introduced himself as part of the hotel staff. Came into the room and fixed the toilet as expected and left. The toilets still did not work after his visit. At checkout we expressed how disappointed we were in he hotel, staff and stay! They asked us to call Expedia and get a refund since we booked thru them. Later we called Expedia for a refund and to educated you if your unaware of the process: Expedia cannot refund you unless he hotel refunds them. Expedia called the hotel and the hotel staff tells them they have no record of our stay or complaints. Later they found the reservations and records. The manager only works this location two days a week. So I called the hotel to track down the manager and was told to call another hotel and ask for them. Once I finally got her on the phone she was snippy and rude to tell me that she wasn't going to do anything (although by this time it had been a WEEK since our stay!!) until she was at that specific hotel on Monday. This was Thursday. I specifically asked her if this would be taken care of Monday and she said yes. Today is Monday. I called her at the hotel we stayed and she said she was not going to refund anything to us because we didn't report the problems during our stay. I assured her we did, we actually have 5 people who witnessed us reporting the problems. She continued to refuse the refund. I told her this review was to be expected and I hope the owner reads this and changes this place around. I then called Expedia and explained the problem. They called and tried to reason with this crazy manager for an hour with no resolution. Expedia expressed their concern with them to us and is going to reconsider doing business with this hotel. None the less. I'm VERY concerned about the maintence worker who came to our room and fixed the toilets that apparently did not work there???? This is a HUGE...

It’s a decent hotel you get what you pay for 38.99 a night you should expect the worst honestly but it was decent the beds were the best part there king beds are very comfortable but the bathrooms were dingy and the tubs didn’t let the water out fast enough so you end up standing in your filth most of the time you shower. The reason I’m only giving two stars has nothing to do with room quality I rated it that low because of the staff. We were traveling to North Carolina from Florida and savannah is our half way point so we always stop for the night , the first night was awesome had no problem at check in we were given room 148 backside under the stairs the bathroom was very dingy and you had to body slam the door open and it didn’t shut properly you had to lock it but we were only staying there for the night me my fiancé and little chihuahua our room even had grass right outside for her to potty. I use to be a housekeeper for a hotel so I stripped the rooms and left some unopened snacks and a tip for the house keeper , we even decided we would stop at this hotel on the way home , that’s were it all went wrong . On the way home a week later we stop at the same hotel . I had lost my ID in our luggage but luckily I had a photo of it on my phone from when I first got it . I walk in to check in and the lady was the same lady from last week she looks at my ID and goes I can’t give you a room your under 21 , I told her I checked in last week with her with my actual hard ID not the photo on my phone and she accused me of using a fake ID the previous week , and then she goes I remember cause you came to the check in window not the front desk , at this point she was talking out her behind cause I came to the front desk i told her what I was a wearing and she kept going on how I used a different ID than I was showing her on my phone so I got tired of arguing and went to walk out and find another hotel she stops me and says I’ll let it slide this one last time . I didn’t wanna argue with her anymore we had been on the road for hours me and my fiancé were ready for bed . I will definitely not be staying at that hotel ever again they have lost returning customers we truly liked the price for the quality of stay but that employee ruined it completely that’s why I give it 1 star I don’t like being accused of having a fake ID...

Beware of Dave the owner of this dump. He's a liar and thief who took advantage of Florida evacuees during Hurricane Irma.

We originally booked 4 nights (3 rooms for 2 nights and then 2 rooms for 2 nights). We stayed one night at this location before Savannah started issued evacuations.

To start, the rooms are disgusting. Filthy carpets, tub and bathroom. Black mold along the ceiling and in the shower. We didn't even sleep under the covers as the place was so gross.

Although the filth was bad enough, things have only gotten worse from there. When we checked out after one night, my father called the front desk and spoke to Dave cancelling our remaining reservation for the additional nights. He even gave Dave all 3 confirmation numbers. But apparently Dave didn't do that and several days later I incurred 2 charges on my credit card from the property.

I called the property and spoke to Dave again explaining the whole situation. Of course Dave doesn't recall anyone calling him to cancel the remaining reservation. He then tells me the 2 charges are no show penalties and that I should call the corporate office to see if there's a solution because he's not going to refund my money. After he called me a liar, I hung up on him and called corporate. After a run around with them, they agreed to refund me only 1 of the no show charges. Corporate "customer care" stated that there is no way for them to verify we called and cancelled the remaining nights because we didn't get a cancellation number or cancellation email. So they agreed to refund only 1 charge because the property shouldn't have charged me twice for no show under 1 reservation.

Not only did Dave conveniently deny the conversation he had with my father, he also charged me twice for no show.

If you are unfortunate enough to "have" to stay there like we did, beware of giving this place or any Days Inn or Wyndham property your credit card info. In a dispute, they'll side with the scam artist, smelly manager/owner of their property. It really is disgusting behavior, especially when we were evacuating from a natural disaster. "Customer care",...
