I am very disappointed with my purchase. This sectional couch was ordered by looking at an online picture. The online picture looked a lot better than the couch that was delivered. In addition, the cushions are so hard, you cannot sit on the couch. When I called store the next day to say that I was not happy with the purchase, I was told that all sales are final and I could not return the couch. Therefore, I wasted my money because this couch will not be used in my home. As I mentioned to the store, you live and learn. I learned to never order any piece of furniture online, unless the store accepts returns if not satisfied. I did not see an "all sales final" posted in the store nor on my receipt.
