This was our 4th stay at the Yellow Farmhouse B&B in Georgia, VT||Our Bedroom: It was clear that a great deal of thought and care had been put into every detail.||The room was charming and inviting, with a delicate butterfly-themed wall, that added a touch of whimsy and elegance. A large free-standing mirror occupied one wall. The attention to detail was impeccable: The Queen bedding was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully pressed, contributing to a sense of luxury and comfort. The walk-in closet was a nice surprise. The pillows were so comfortable.||A lovely welcome card greeted us upon arrival, adding a personal touch that made us feel immediately at home. Accompanying the card were delicious chocolates, a sweet gesture we thoroughly enjoyed.||The amenities provided were top-notch as well. The shampoo and conditioner were of excellent quality, leaving my hair feeling soft and fragrant. Fresh flowers beside the bed were a delightful touch, adding a splash of color and a natural, pleasant scent to the room.||Overall, the Yellow Farmhouse B&B's Summer Room provided a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful touches. One of the most delightful aspects was watching the birds that visited the many treats Leanne left for them. We were treated to the sight of cardinals, hummingbirds, orioles, finches, and even some playful squirrels. It was a birdwatcher’s paradise, and we spent many peaceful hours observing the lively activity using the provided binoculars.||In addition to the natural entertainment, the porch offered a multitude of board games, providing a fun and relaxing way to spend your evenings. Although we did not partake in using the games, it can be the perfect balance of nature and recreation, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do.||Outside the porch, we discovered lounge chairs, the fire pit area [being constructed], beautiful herb and vegetable gardens, and homemade honeybee hives. Leanne, an experienced beekeeper, gave us an unforgettable tour of the hives. My husband and I suited up and entered the hive with her, learning all about beekeeping as she opened the hives and showed us the inner workings. We even had the rare opportunity to see a Queen bee, which was truly fascinating.||Overall, the back screened-in porch at the Yellow Farmhouse B&B was a delightful retreat, offering comfort, beauty, and unique experiences. It was a perfect spot to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the wonderful hospitality of Leanne. Remarkably, I did not experience a single stomach issue during my stay, which speaks volumes about the quality and consideration given to the food preparation.||Each breakfast was a three-course affair, presented with meticulous attention to detail. The food presentation was truly worthy of five stars, featuring edible flowers and served on fine china. This is the BEST place I have ever stayed at. My words will not do this review justice, but my rating is 10 stars out of 5.

Leanne and David did not miss a thing and went above and beyond on every level. Every single aspect of our stay was incredible, so it really is hard to describe everything, but I will give some examples just so you have a better idea.

First of all the place is really charming and you can tell a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into the design/renovation of the farmhouse. The house maintains its old charm but they have fixed up the place so you also feel like you're staying at a modern place. The house brings together modern and old charm perfectly and the design is really well done. Every room has it's own theme and details are not missed.

Breakfast was incredible. Honestly some of the best breakfasts I've ever had were at this bnb. Leanne is an amazing cook and again, has attention to detail with the food served as well as the design of the house.

And beyond the room and food, Leanne and David are such nice, hospitable hosts. They checked in with us on any menu preferences, gave us a bunch of local knowledge and recommendations and were great to just hang out with while at the place. You can tell they are genuinely warm and want to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Leanne is one of the kindest people I have ever met -- she is a ray of sunshine and a consummate hostess; she is also now my friend -- that's how amazing her spirit and personality are. We met when I booked a room at The Yellow Farmhouse 5 years ago and have stayed in touch since. Leanne is a very special person if you are blessed enough to spend time with her. I have booked many BnBs over the years and this is truly one of the premiere places I've have ever visited. In fact, I have booked return stays because the space, atmosphere, services, food, and amenities are second to none. You will feel at home and be welcomed with warmth as well as many treats and special touches (I won't ruin the surprises!). The vibe is a combo of feeling very comfortable and at-home while also being tended to and able to enjoy some respite and luxury. The atmosphere is stunningly gorgeous with attention paid to every detail from the bathroom tile to the wildflower gardens to the antique furniture to the wall art to the beekeeping hives. The food is Michelin quality (truly). Leanne is a superb chef and will accommodate dietary requests and make the most amazing baked goods and breakfasts for you. If you're lucky, you might even get some poached pears made with her own award-winning honey from the hives on the property or just enjoy a spoonful of its deliciousness. What more can I say?
