We lived here for over a year. The best RV park in the area. It is secure and very well maintained. Very convenient location near anything we could need, but far enough out to see some stars and hear the crickets at night! We loved and enjoyed the river so much that we will definitely be back. Husband had the best catch of his life - a 9lb largemouth bass! Shelli, the park manager really looks out for the guests even after you leave! Overall a must stay destination! Until next time!

The Brazos RV Park was a great experience! The location was wonderful with easy access to the river. We had a wonderful RV site nestled up into the trees great shade especially in the 100° heat. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time fishing, paddling up and down the River, and floating in the river. This is definitely a place that I would visit again.

Brazos River Rv Park Thank You for being our home away from home for the past 9 months. Bittersweet to make such wonderful memories only to leave for the next adventure. If you’re looking for a spot in the area this is it. We made a forever friend with the manager on site who we will miss greatly.

We were already setting up at another RV park in North Waco when we decided there was no way we were comfortable staying in such a horrible place.....We decided to leave and ended up at Brazos River RV Park. I can't say enough about the park host, I believe her name was Karen. I called her and described our circumstances and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She met us at the gate, it was after hours.... directed us to a nice level, quiet site and made sure we were settled in without any glitches. Even waited until the next day to get our paperwork in order. Very, very accommodating. The park was clean, quiet and secure. The people that we did talk to were very friendly. Didn't use the laundry room while we were there, but the restrooms were very clean. I wish I would have seen the reviews for the other campground here on trip advisor first (instead, once again I was led astray by the Good Sam's Rating system). We would have happily booked here instead. It would have saved us a huge headache. I read several other reviews for Brazos River that didn't necessarily paint a good picture, but I notice they were back from 2010/2012. Whatever the problems were then, apparently they have been taken care of. Our stay was very nice here and I would recommend...

A lovely campground with nice, helpful manager and residents. On the river, a local living there says good fishing. Many trees with shaded campsites. They welcomed us tent camping on a Harley. Nice bathhouse. There are laundry and Rec rooms but we didn't check them out. A little far from the freeway but glad to sleep without freeway noise. We will visit again. Updated September 2021. We did visit again, this time an overnight in our hybrid travel trailer. We had a nice tree shaded site close to the river. This is now our routine stopover when traveling I-35 to or from our home in the Rio Grande Valley of Southwest Texas. Leaving Brazos River at 8 or 9 AM we miss rush hour traffic driving North through Dallas Fort Worth. Beautiful campground. I think when we are returning South in a few weeks we will...

I liked this place up until today. We got yelled at by the manager. I asked the maintenance man what was going on and he said he wants certain kids to pick up their trash. I asked if my kids need to go out and help he told me no. 10 mins later the manager is banging on the door like the police. I yell stop knocking on the door like that my baby is sleeping. She yelled then open the door. She yelled at me and told me ,my kids need to go out and pick up trash with the other kids. I told her the guy in the laundry room said they didnt have to. She continued to yell and have an attitude over a misunderstanding. I have no problem sending my kids out to pick up trash. I just find it ridiculous how the situation was handled. Poor manners.

Other than that my family loves the river and the...
