Rock Mountain Bible Camp — Hotel in Gibson Township

It’s always a pleasure coming back to this Camp year in and year out. Our church Bible Christian Fellowship comes here pretty much every year, the earlies I remember is 2004. The camp is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It feels very welcoming, a cool small tradition the camp does is hang past shirts of organizations/Church’s that camp there in the main lobby. There’s many things to do whether it’s indoor or outdoor. For indoor activities there’s a gymnasium there’s equipment there like basketballs, dodge balls, soccer balls, footballs, and even hockey sticks/pucks. There’s also a Game Room located under the main building with ping pong tables, carpet ball tables, foos ball tables, and even air hockey tables. For outdoor activities theres nice trails for hiking, a swimming pool to swim in, a lake to canoe and kayak, and Archery! The best memories in the summer are from this camp, creating hundreds with my youth group. Waking up early and seeing the sun rise, with all the trees around is very refreshing, and great for morning devotions. The air isn’t polluted unlike New Jersey. This camp is simply amazing! I absolutely love this camp ground. My children and I have so much fun here with zip lining, archery, laser tag, canoeing and swimming. I’m glad they have a pool because my 12 year old does not like swimming in lakes. The cabins are very clean and have electricity, you can bring your own bedding for the bunk beds. It’s absolutely a place worth going with your family. The staff is super friendly. Last time I was there the staff was talking about the owner taking them to a theme park so they can have a vacation. The owner treats her staff very. I go to this camp site every summer with my family. I am leaving today to spend the weekend there and I’ll try to post pictures. One of the greatest memories of my childhood. I used to attend the Junior and Teen camps here as a kid and I absolutely loved this place. I would look forward to my week here all year long. This camp and it's members have such a special place in my heart. I loved it so much that I even begged my parents to let me work here when I was old enough, even though it was 2 hours away from home. Fortunately, there is living accommodations for staff.
