It started with getting an attitude from the front desk as soon as we walked in.. the room was booked for 3 adults and 3 kids over the phone.. was told I didn't need to have a credit card charged before I got there.. when I got there I got major attitudes because that's not their policy ( not my fault the lady on the phone didn't charge my card when I called) and when I checked in I had only 2 adults and 3 kids. And I was given a hard time because when I checked in I forgot about the 1 year old and said 2 kids even though on the phone I said 3.. we weren't there for 20 minutes and I walked outside and was told the kids were being too loud so I said I would control it when I got back up stairs.. the lady at the desk saw me walk by and I hadnt even set my stuff down before she was at the door giving my kids hell ( which they weren't doing anything wrong besides playing) then I called down to their restaurant to order food and they told me they weren't comfortable sending that much food up to the room for 4 people with that many kids because all the bed linens were new that day and they didn't want them dirty. . Just got an attitude the whole time we were there..the room we had was very nice, clean, and very spacious but just rudeness the whole time we were there towards the kids.. I think they just want the kids to sleep the whole time they...

Made reservations 4 months in advance for a concert and paid big money for a tiny room that was dirty, had hair everywhere, and hadn't been cleaned. I brought to the managers attention and got this for an answer..... "DO YOU WANT TO CHECK OUT!" .... I explained that my wife and I haven't been out in 2 years due to a baby and that we were a little upset to walk into a dirty room. We politely asked that while we were at the concert.. that they have someone clean the room.... he said no... he said he doesn't have anyone who will be available to do that... Now.... I approached him very nicely and asked for him to fix the situation that was clearly on him and his establishment.... He didn't care, because they already had my money. They charged me the day I booked the room(s) by the way...and yes we got 2 rooms....one for my sister in law and her husband....which smelled like old carpet. I could go on and on, but if you are thinking of staying here, save your $$ and bring a tent....and stay at a campground....it would be a more enjoyable experience.....and you would have money to spend on you and the Mrs. or the family. I normally don't like to write bad reviews, but for this place...ill make ...

Came from Ontario Canada to do the Bronco Rodeo on Friday Oct 4. A number of people had recommended this location as it is 2 minutes from the rodeo. Had room that overlooked the valley, beautiful view during the day. The night time is another story, the hotel in general is noisy, laminate flooring in the hallway, zero sound deadening, so much hallway noise. The constant noise from the firepit area well past midnight all 3 nights was brutal. Saturday Night i spoke to one of the guest, and found out a wedding party had rented the entire hotel, I was told to "Relax and Chill Out" when i went to complain at the front desk I realized that there was no one there. I see that another guest had made a similar complaint.

In response to management’s response……. I guess we should have started complaining from the get go about the noise. Like another person mentioned, there should be someone on site til Midnight, the guest’s shouldn’t be responsible for monitoring or policing other guests, you put your guests safety at risk especially when dealing with intoxicated people using common areas of the property. I’m sure there’s some infractions about public intoxication in...

Was a solid stay. Management has definitely invested in making the place better. I never stayed in the old rooms but you can definitely tell it's been renovated. Room 218 was very clean and had a great view. Wifi was good. Mini fridge was definitely cold. Water pressure was good. Only negative is the hallway is a bit too loud. Stayed up late working and had a few sips of sunshine that night and was woken up pretty early by people shuffling around making noise. It kind of worked out because I was able to see the great view of the valley to the north of the property with the leaves changing, the sun rising, with a little house down in the valley, with the fog receding as the sun warmed the air. Only other bonus I'd request is having bidets installed. Europe has em everywhere. We need to do better 🇺🇸

Beautiful Inn! It was being renovated when I stayed at this charming Inn October of last year. But that didn’t in any way ruined my stay. The room was a bit small but the bed was very soft. The internet speed was also surprisingly fast. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very simple so don’t expect anything much. The nearest restaurant was a bit far so be sure to bring some take out in case you don’t plan of going out at night.

Very nice place with a good prices. The rooms are updated and some pictures on their website are old pics fyi. The views are beautiful and the open area in front of the Inn is relaxing with a TV, Chairs and a Couch. The deck has amazing views. Nicholas was very friendly and I thank her for that. Brandon also looked out for me and I appreciate that he understood I had to leave a day early due to a medical procedure the next days. Over all I will go back!
