DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND NO FREE BREAKFAST!! I have gotten an room for 4 days starting on Wednesday to checkout on Sunday and we told the front desk guy on the phone that we were going to be an late arrival and he had told us to call the number on the door and he will come to the front door to unlock it so he wasn’t at the first desk AT ALL for our staying, he had an sign up saying ring the bell, he has an room he stays in with his family literally on the left side of the hotel once you walk up to the front desk(102) and one of the morning we wanted free breakfast and the main thing was only waffles!! There was literally nothing for breakfast and I have gotten boiled eggs and once’s I broken the egg up inside of it was green,blue and grey! I brought it to his attention and he said “okay thanks I’ll handle it” didn’t say any signs of caring or anything! And then the next day I went to front desk for the Wi-Fi and he accidentally wrote the wrong password and I was showing him that it wasn’t working and he reach his HAND out in my face 2 times for my phone and I had to tell him no and I repeated to him the password word and he said no it’s wrong and he is the one that put the password down! And on Saturday my last night here I have an dog also so I have the do not disturb sign on the door so nobody goes into the rooms with my dog in there while I’m not in there and I saw one of the house keepers and gave her my trash and dirty towels since Wednesday because we used them all and I asked her for more and she said she’ll give me some before she leaves and she didn’t do that so I had to go up to the front desk and ask for some new towels and he said yes I’ll bring you some and we asked for paper plates and he said rudely “for what” “no “ and we said to eat on because we seen that there was some in the breakfast room and before hand I have seen his daughter going into the breakfast room for plates and folks so they are supplying off of the hotel for their neededs but not ours and then I go to the store for 15-25 min and I get back and I’m walking to my room and I see that he is BARELY bringing my towels and I go into my room and see that there is only 1 Big towel on the sink there is post to be 3 big towels 1 bath Matt and 2 hand towels and we only got 1 big towels and so I went back up and asked him “why did he only give me 1 towel when there is 2 people in the rooms” and he started saying housekeeping left and I already told him I already speak to HK and I asked him to go into the laundry room or one of the closets with towels because I know there is clean towels in one of thoses rooms, I use to be an housekeeper also so I know how laundry works and housekeeping! And he told me “I’ll bring you some clean towels to your room in 15-20 minutes and I can go back to my room and I told him no it shouldn’t take that long for some clean towels” and once’s I told him that he was right on it and I’m paying $700+ for this customer service and staying is HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL!! Waste of my money and he told me he was manger and I have asked for the general manager number and he said “nobody is high then me I am the boss” so he didn’t wanna give me the number for them or the company number he said “he owns the hotel” but I told him I needed the company’s number and he still didn’t wanna give it to me so don’t stay here not worth the...
Read moreIt has been a while since we stayed at this property, and it has really gone downhill since our last visit. I had booked a King room, but was told the only King remaining was ADA and put in a two bed room, After a long day we checked-in and went to our room to find no soap or body wash. A call to the front desk and shampoo was delivered, and the man told us he had no access to supplies (soap) until housekeeping arrived the next day. (no spare items at the front desk) We called the next morning to find out housekeeping doesn't arrive until 0900 - no soap for our morning shower. I called the hotel that afternoon around 4 pm to confirm our room had been serviced, and was assured the "housekeeping team" had left soap in the room. We got home around 8 PM to find one small 1.5" x 1" bar of hard soap in the room. I went to the desk and asked why the body wash wasn't serviced, and he said he would bring some to the room. Another bottle of shampoo was delivered, and we were told they were out of stock on body wash. I guess he couldn't/wouldn't go to a vacant room and get us some - maybe there was none. The rooms (111 in our case) are large, and the beds comfortable, decorations are non-existent and our AC unit sounded like a hammer-drill when running. The beds are tall, and some might have difficulty getting into bed. The TV power and volume had to be controlled manually at the TV set, the direct TV remote only did Direct TV functions. I haven't had to get out bed to adjust a TV in decades! The breakfast area is sparse, not really that clean, with very limited offerings - cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffles, coffee. Read moreThis quite possibly is the worst hotel stay I have had in years. I will try to be brief:||-Upon check-in, the front desk clerk had someone on his speaker phone, and the volume was high. He did not acknowledge me right away while chatting on what seemed like a personal call. I had to come back out to the desk twice in the next 10 minutes and he had a call on speaker once again. I felt as if I were distracting him.||-the privacy curtain would not come down. I had to work to get it back in it's track. Once I got it operational, it was filthy (see picture)||-television remote had no battery cover, and only worked to change the channels. You had to manually turn the tv on and off , as well as adjust the volumes on the tv set itself (see picture)||-bathroom floor was dirty (see picture)||-toilet paper holder was empty, displaying how they do not pay attention to detail and why stuff was so dirty (see picture)||-lampshade was cracked and in terrible shape (see picture)||-the bathroom door had many scratches and mars(see picture)||-housekeeping did not service the room in the morning, so there was no coffee refill. I went to the breakfast room and the coffee was out there. There was no one servicing the breakfast room or at the front desk so I was unable to get coffee.||-I found the fact that they did not want you to bring your break fast to the room interesting and amusing.
