From the county road that you have to drive in on, which is nothing but a patch-work of potholes, to the muddy mess of under-construction development, it makes the description "luxury", laughable! This park is in the very early stages of development and some of that development is questionable. Our site has the electrical hook-up on one side (20-ft from the pad) and the sewer and water on the opposite side. Though the coach is on concrete, the entire site is surrounded on 3 sides by a sea of mud. There is no WiFi to be had in the park, except at the clubhouse. This wouldn't be much of a problem if the cellular service were better than a bar. We prepaid for 2 nights and only stayed one, after realizing our mistake. We should have known better than to veer 20 miles off of I-45 for this "luxury on a lake", given that they have a "no refunds" policy and the "5-Star" reviews on GOOGLE are clearly planted. The view of the lake is nice, from our site, though there are uprooted trees left from clearing for development, that should have been removed long ago. This park has potential, but given the hurdles that would need to be overcome, it isn't likely that this resort will ever appear on any upscale lists...

This is a beautiful place to come and relax, swim, fish, and make memories! Bring your own RV, rent an RV or a tiny home! The pool and clubhouse are appointed with grills, a fridge and seating for many.nthe bathrooms and laundry are gorgeous! Oh and the SUNSETS! They are stunning!

This is a park where each lot has a different owner who can choose to rent it or not. We purchased in March of 2020 with a given completion date of 60 to 90 days. We are still (Aug 2021) in pre construction, waiting on roads, final amenities, code updates, grass.

The idea of this resort is fantastic. I fear it might be a pump-and-dump by the developers, however -- where they propose this beautiful resort with wonderful amenities and then start selling lots... but once the lot sales start to slow down you find that the developer starts to put less and less effort into the entire project. Take the website as a prime example: Go there and look at the "Properties for Sale" section. There are some listings, and the page claims to be updated OFTEN... but if you click on any of the links for the listings you're taken to a real estate page claiming that listing is no longer available. Hmmmm. Then you look at the copyright on the website (at the bottom) and notice they couldn't even bother to update that one item for the past two years (it says 2023 currently). When you go to the "Contact" page -- possibly THE most important page of any resoft... and you get a "404 Error - Page Not Found". Not being able to reach the developer or proper management is NOT a good sign. It looks like they're done with this project as they feel they're not going to get much more value out of it... so they're more than happy to just walk away and let it crumble. At least, that's the perception they're giving by not...
