Stayed here for a week in July - booked about 2-3 weeks before arrival. We both work remotely and full time travel. We didn’t pay the extra fee to guarantee your spot as it wasn’t super important for us. Overall stay was nice and we would consider returning if through the area again.

Pro’s: Friendly Staff. They really go out of their way to help if they can. Level and spacious sites Quiet for remote working conditions and relaxing. Great pool with poolside tables and outlets to work poolside! Laundry facilities are fabulous and near the pool so you can enjoy the pool and do laundry. Showers & bathrooms were the best we have seen on the road! They’re dog friendly - the dog parks are okay, but our pup enjoyed them just fine. Close to town, and outdoor activities

Cons: The hot tub was closed our entire stay. There was a sign for maintenance but no further notice. Granted it was quite warm most days but it would have been nice to use after a day of hiking. This didn’t really bother us but call ahead if you’re expecting to use it in case it’s still closed. Slow WiFi, we work remotely and their WiFi didn’t cut it. They advertise gig speeds but they want you to rent their modem to use Ethernet at your site. Thankfully we have a booster and 3 different providers we travel with so we were fine. Just a note for anyone else expecting to work off of their WiFi without the upgrade. Since we travel full time we need packages delivered every once in awhile for things we can’t get in stores locally. We have been to many rv resorts and never had a $5 charge to receive a package. $5?! They didn’t reimburse us for the hot tub closure but they’ll charge an extra $5 for a package received. Yes, they receive it, probably log it, and call/text you to let you know it has arrived, and then store it. That is NORMAL for any rv resort we have stayed at where we have received packages - and not a single charge!! And I’m talking about expensive locations (Breckinridge and Aspen); I’m surprised at this nickel and diming strategy. Unfortunately we didn’t have a choice as it was medicine we needed sent from family otherwise we would have waited till our next reservation elsewhere.

(Side note: I saw the owners response to another guest - reservation was made by my husband in case the owner thinks I wasn’t there)

Overall the stay was nice for the other amenities - just don’t get packages delivered, and if you don’t have your own WiFi...

I stayed here 2 nights in a class C RV. The spots are level concrete pads with a patio, table and fire ring. You check in at the office and are escorted to your site as a courtesy, I assume this is so there are no "mis-parks" & issues. The grounds are the same as the online photos, just feels smaller when you're actually there. The property has a privacy fence between the back-in sites which separate the long term residents from short term guests. The hot tub was closed for construction while we visited but the pool was refreshing & sparkling clean. They heavily monitor the lightning (for safety) and do not open the pool if it's in the vicinity so we were happy to be able to enjoy it in between alerts. They also have a splash pad for the kiddos & pickelball. The showers were hot, however, they do have a 15 minute run time (w/ 5 mins off in between) so be aware. I could have used my own shower but this is one amenity I use so I'm not a fan of the timer aspect even though mine was only 10 minutes. The laundry facilities were clean with lots of coin-op washers/driers. They have a small game room with Foosball & ping pong, a TV room with sofa, games, books to borrow, a make your own coffee ($2.00) keurig type station & a small array of handy travel items/ snacks/beers in the front office store. It's a newer park so the trees haven't grown enough to give any real shade as of yet, but soon I'm sure. My stay was quiet, I've lived in an HOA before and it gives you that sort of feeling overall. The location is decent for ebikes, there is a hospital close by so there is some traffic but the park itself is somewhat remote. But you can get to groceries, a mall, & food. Staff was all friendly and offered suggestions of local dining/ things to do. I'd recommend this place for families or retirees, unfortunately as a solo I don't feel that I would stay here again, only because I don't require the amenities offered overall, & the ones I do use are easily available elsewhere at a more...

I stayed 5 1/2 months this winter and I was completely happy. The grounds and facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff was awesome, especially Jen, Jess, Carissa,Chuck and Derwin. There are plenty of bathrooms/showers and washer/dryers. On site propane was awesome and when I first got there and there was more staff, I'd just text them and put the tanks out and they'd come get them, fill them, return them and charge your site. Such a great service!! I'm a newbie on my own and I got a ton of support, advice and information from the pros here. All the hookups etc are new and in great shape. They are on top of annoyances like barking/loose dogs, loud music and speeding. There is a ton of space between sites and you have your own lawn, patio, picnic table and fire pit . There are strict rules about site neatness and appearance which keeps the resort looking so clean and nice! The resort is a little out of the way imo, but restaurants, shopping etc are just a few miles away. The store at the resort has plenty of essentials and conveniences. The whole property was well designed and easy to pull into/out of. Lots of stuff to do in the warmer months. They worked with me when I needed to extend my stay a couple of weeks, and again when I couldn't move it if the site by checkout.

The only cons are that it's right by a highway and the airport is nearby so it can be loud. Also, they use high efficiency toilets and there are always "leftovers" that need to be flushed again, often two or three times. The showers close a little too early (8 pm) and the timer beeps to mark every minute which can be annoying, but I got used to it. There are a lot of kids running around, not all of whom know the rules of the road, so you have to be really mindful of that. The internet isn't great, but you can upgrade. Otherwise 10/10 would...
